Bourbon Barrel Aged Weizen Bock

A modern reinterpretation of our classic Sacramento brew, and an affirmation of our heritage as a world capital of brewing. This Helles style lager has the soft, full body that can only come from traditional floor malted barley, and a beautiful woody, floral aroma from a dose of Crystal.

Named for the Comanche chief Potsanaquahip of the Penataka band, this fierce IPA remains true to the American brewing spirit, delivering lasting hop flavor and character. Buffalo Hump led the Great Raid of 1840 in retaliation for the Texan settlers’ betrayal under a white flag in San Antonio at the Council House Fight. Brewed w/ Franco-Belge Pale malts, hopped with four full-blooded varieties of American hops and fermented w/ our favorite Belgian strain.

Rotating dark beer tap. Full bodied stout, opaque with roasty flavors. Made with 10 lbs. of fresh roasted coffee.

After spending 6 months in Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels this Stout destined for the barrels pours out of the tap with a latte-like mocha head. Aromatics of roasted malt, black coffee, dark chocolate, caramel, and a mild whiff of bourbon. At first you can taste the roasted malt, dark chocolate little bit of oak, some soft yeasty fruitiness (red berries, apple, pear), all with a faint taste of caramel that is finished with a relatively subtle nudge of bourbon.

This clean, crisp Bohemian style pilsner lager has a crackery pilsner malt backbone with a hint of spicy eye and sterling hops give it a nice, citrusy balance.

Rich, malty and frothy! Brewed with roasted malts which gives it a hint of coffee flavor.

Forget the coffee, on with the beer. Sunrise is more than just a "straight-ahead" base recipe. Similar to Buffalo Sunset, however forget the coffee and lasso up for a real kick. Brewed for hop-heads and coffee haters.

Balanced, citrusy earthy aroma; dry hopped with Centennial hops.

We've been told a solid English-style Brown Ale is the perfect mate to a well-made Scotch Whiskey. In true American spirit, we decided to just put em together and make a badass Peat-smoked Brown Ale for the ages. Thomas Fawcetts Brown and Peat-smoked Malts interact in a robust exchange between roasty, richness and spicy, woody smokiness. The unique and wily characteristics of these malts are destined to delight the stubborn, enthrall the argumentative and intrigue the indomitable spirit of the Buffalohead.

Our well-bodied Brown Ale honors Flathead Lake’s small American sea duck, famous for its buffalo-like head. Roasted and caramelized malts mingle for just the right touch of sweetness. An aroma and flavor with hints of chocolate, coffee, black bread, and a little nuttiness. Malts: 2-Row Pale, Wheat, Caramel, Chocolate, Black, and Biscuit. Hops: Goldings.

Our best selling beer, probably owing to its mildness and light body. Golden in color, Bug is a refreshing, Bohemian Pilsner. Our gateway beer to what lies beyond.

Eichhof Bügelbräu impresses at first glance with the clasp and the elegance of his 4-dl-bottle. And on the first sip with its freshness. Bügelbräu is a clear, golden yellow beer with Swiss quality ingredients: Barley comes from Gossau and hops from root ZH home. The harmonious taste and pleasant light bitterness of the hops make Bügelbräu a particularly tangy and flavourful beer.

Darker, heavier, and more potent than Bug Lager, this long-conditioned lager goes down like nectar. You won't even notice the bugs bitting you.
