Great for drinking on a sunny patio or to knocking back after a long day’s work, Burnabarian is a table beer, or Belgian-style session ale. Named for the city that Dageraad calls home, Burnabarian is lightly spiced with coriander and is brewed with oats for a silky mouthfeel.

This beer was originally brewed with the intention to clean up my malt room. I had a challenge to create an interesting beer with many different types of malt that would make sense to our patrons. As I began to develop the recipe with fall in mind, I remembered the many fall hikes that I took as a child. Many of the aromas and flavors of the wilderness began to come to life. Nuts, evergreen sap, honey, maple, stone fruit and smoke all found a place in this ale. A warming ale released in late fall.

The Burning Bird is our representation of the Phoenix, our city�s namesake, a mythical bird which lived 500 years, consumed itself by fire, then was reborn from its ashes. Like the phoenix of old, this pale ale is reborn from the time when fabulous hoppy brews were more than mere myths.

It's time to get your rauch on with Golden Road's smoked IPA -- that's right, it's smoked. This is a deep copper-colored ale with a light smoky aroma sitting atop a generous floral and piney hopping. Burning Bush clocks in at 8% ABV, but you'll hardly notice it in this smooth-drinking IPA with a sturdy malt backbone that keeps the smoke and the hops in balance. With its wispy smoke character, Burning Bush is an amazing complement to grilled foods.

Amber Ale

Part of the “Best of Beau’s” 4-Pack Burnt Rock is a classic British-style porter, brewed with an addition of organic vanilla beans. Despite what the weighty aroma suggests, Burnt Rock has a good, clean finish, and sessionable drinkability. History & Style Burnt Rock was brewed first in 2012, as part of our Pro-Am Series of beers designed by amateur brewers and brewed at Beau’s – cheers to its creator, Patrick Boisvenue! The 2013 edition of Burnt Rock Vanilla Porter won Gold at Montreal’s Mondial de la Bière. Tasting Notes With rich, luxuriant vanilla aromas reminiscent of fine pipe tobacco, selected dark malts offer up balancing chocolate and coffee nuances for this medium-bodied beer. Hops add a pleasantly dry finish.

Through the use of special malts we get a dark beer with a touch of coffee and chocolate in flavour, with a pleasant bitter finish.

A refreshing American Blonde Ale made with a unique hopping technique to impart hop flavor without adding much bitterness. Hops are only added very late in the boil so they just extract hop flavor and aroma. Dry hops are added after fermentation for extra aroma and flavor. BHB is brewed with 2-Row Malt and Vienna Malt. Hops are Galena, Simcoe, Columbus, and Ahtanum. BHB is dry-hopped with Citra and is a Seasonal containing 5.5% ABV.

A bitter ale harking back to early brewing days in England. British hops are used judiciously throughout to give this ale the traditional earthy/fruity flavor and dry finish of the English midlands. With a slight addition of brown sugar to an astonishingly diverse malt bill, this copper session ale is one to enjoy over and over.

Formerly known as American Bitter. This is an ale that thinks it's a lager. Medium-light body, light color and not very bitter. It has a nice floral and citrusy hop flavor and aroma, making it a very tasty and drinkable beer. This used to be a seasonal summer beer, now a year round brew. Try it with a lemon wedge!

A strong bitter, slightly darker than Bridge Bitter, with a fruity barley wine flavour and a bitter after palate.

Was created for a certain segment of the Bahamian market and was launched just before Christmas of 2011. This light Larger, brewed to perfection, has become a success in most markets through out the Bahamas. Bush Crack (5.9% Acl/Vol.) is very easy drinking due to its light taste and has a higher alcohol content then most light beer. There is a fine light bitterness that dissolves after every sip and will have you coming back for more.
