Southwest style - not the perfect authentic taco, rather existing dishes enhanced and tailored through the use of Southwestern flavors. Adjunction to augment and layer flavors rather than to flatten is the goal. Blue Agave nectar is added to a two-row pilsner malt bill and fermented with Cal Lager yeast, establishing a core palate of flint and gunpowder with edges lightly dressed with papaya and lime leaf notes. That combination then balanced through additions of Noble hops creating a lager counterpoint for a well crafted Southwestern meal. Drink Carton Canyon because there is no art in a beer that stays out of the way of your food.

Full flavored, ever evolving, and usually barrel-aged! This years version is a dark red Imperial IPA made with Michigan red wheat, oats, and rye. High alcohol, very hoppy, and dry-hopped to the max!

Inspired by the spirit of the american traveler, this ale is brewed with Southern California citrus and all american hops. Brewed and canned in Los Angeles.

A careful blending of select barrels of Flanders Reds and soured Belgian Triples aged in oak for up to 18 months. Then blended with fresh 25�° Plato Blond Quadruppel. Hand-bottled, corked and then aged allowing lactic fermentation.

Michigan Wet/Fresh Hop Ale

Our unfiltered Cascade Hopricot Hard Cider is a blend of our sweet cider made from 100% New York State apples and all natural apricot puree. It's fermented with a West Coast Ale Yeast and finished by dry hopping with New York State Cascade Hops. This yeast strain allows the tangy citrus hop flavors to really punch through. Enjoy the complex fruit profile and semi-dry, crisp, finish.

This NW style sour red ale is a blend of red ales aged in oak barrels for up to eight months, then aged on fresh Bing and sour pie cherries for an additional six months. Aromas of rich, dark cherries, oak and slight hints of cinnamon are noticed up front. Dark, tart cherries and light spice notes dance on the palate, leading to a rich, dark, sparkling finish of tart cherries and oak.

Australia's favourite light beer, Cascade Premium Light is a refreshing full-flavoured lager. Our special combination of hops and malts deliver an especially well balanced and flavoursome low-alcohol beer.

Our Cascade Session Black IPA begins with a wintery nose of pine, chocolate, and citrus. This unfiltered dark ale is light in body yet bold in flavor. An avalanche of cascade dry hops is capped by a triumphant dark chocolate finish.

Every year in Vancouver there are a few days when the air is cool & crisp, the sun shines brightly, and the leaves show their vibrant colours -- then it starts to rain incessantly. Anyway, our Cascadia Cream Ale is dedicated to the spirit of mountains, oceans, golden days and gentle mist. Caramel and honey malts lend this ale a mellow, grainy maltiness which is balanced by the subtle presence of English finishing hops. Cascadian Black Ale (CBA). Trendy? Yes. Necessary? Definitely. This beer is in the same family as black IPAs, but slightly more malt driven. The generous bitterness is balanced with the rye and honey malt.

Welcome to the dark side of India Pale Ales. Conceived here in the NW, we're proud to offer this intensely hoppy, black, yet velvety smooth Spring seasonal. Brewed with de-husked black malt, caramel malt, and generously hopped with Columbus, Centennial and Amarillo. Our CDA achieves layers of hop character nicely balanced by a hint of roast and a smooth lingering finish. At 7% ABV, this ale offers both power and finesse, audacity and subtlety, yielding without question an Ultimate Proper Pint.

Our take on this relatively new style pours a dark ruby brown color, with a fluffy white head. Floral and malty aromas give way to a big hoppy mid palate, and a dry roasty and chocolaty finish. Brewed with Gambrinus Pale and Munich malt, Castle Black and Caramel malt, and Simpson Roasted malt, with Centennial, Columbus, and Cascade hops and our proprietary English yeast strain.
