This classic American hop has been a staple ingredient in many of the popular IPA's brewed in the past twenty years. This beer was brewed in the Cascadian Dark Ale style, also known as a Black IPA. The light roasty flavors of dark roasted grains pair perfectly with the floral and citrus flavors of the Centennial hops. All hop additions were made with loose leaf Centennial hops grown in Willamette Valley, Oregon. These hops were picked and kilned just two weeks prior to their use. Bottling Date: October 1, 2013

This Scottish Ale is malty with an amber color. Centennial Ale was brewed to celebrate the 100th year of firefighters protecting the Lombard community.

Biscuit and toast flavors from the malt combine with Northwest Chinook and Cascade hops to create a well balanced beer. Dry hopped with Centennial hops for aroma and a little extra flavor.

Our India Pale Ale is generously hopped with the Centennial variety in honor of the 100-year anniversary of Glacier National Park. It has a floral, citrusy hop profile, and a clean malt profile that is rounded off with a dry and moderately-high bitter finish. Malts: 2-Row Pale, Wheat, Caramel, Vienna, and Honey. Hops: Zythos and Centennial.

Rabbit Hole Brewing’s Centennial Pale Ale is a balanced, sessionable American Pale featuring the citrusy, floral notes of the Centennial hop. This single hop beer uses a blend of American and British malts to compliment a bold hop profile, while remaining crisp and refreshing. Centennial Pale will only be available for a limited time—after that, it may be 100 years before we brew it again. Don’t miss out!

Much like an American-Style wheat beer, it is light, crisp, and refreshing, but with a twist: the use of rye malt, adding a nice, almost tart character to this seasonal brew. Unlike an IPA, it uses its namesake hop, Centennial, to add a citrus and grapefruit finish without overpowering the subtle spiciness of the rye. Perfect for warmer weather!

Smooth American Porter A big, dark, chocolaty ale with a touch of sweetness. Black with ruby highlights and a tan head, this is a beautiful beer to look at, and even better to taste.

The Balanced IPA Hoppy bitterness combined with a bit of caramel malt gives this IPA a distinct red color and well-balanced flavor that is neither overly bitter nor overly malty.

This medium bodied English style ale has a bready malt character which is accented with notes of chocolate and coffee and finishes with a pleasant nuttiness.

Our Central Valley Breakfast Sour is a beer adventurer’s dream come true. Aged in used wine barrels for one year with the finest fruit added from our very own San Joaquin Valley.

Lighten Up With Ceraline Cream Ale! A refreshing golden ale inspired by noble German Pilsner and traditional American beer. Legend has it that the corn flake was invented at Cerealine Mill, just one block from our restaurant in downtown Columbus, Indiana. The nineteenth century mill produced this flaked corn as hot cereal and as an adjunct for brewing. We brew Ceraline Cream Ale with flaked corn similar to what was produced at the mill.
