Anniversary Ale No. 1

What happens when you take a beautiful blonde and add some blueberries? Blueberry light is what happens. Our Blueberry Light has just the right amount of all natural blueberries that build upon our popular light blonde ale creating a bountiful tasting beer. With its' distinctively fruity nose and palate this light beer is one of a kind.

Reddish ale created for the 2014 World Series Championship run by the Kansas City Royals. Brought back in 2015 after the WS Championship win. Light ale with very mild bitterness taste.

Our first year in operation, we open fermented. In doing so, it was obviously a very risky decision. However, in time it paid off when we were able to achieve open spontaneous fermentation. That strain collected was the Wild Angels strain, which is the primary wild strain in Cru. Plus, where would you ever see a label with a goat and a pig 30-style boxing?

English pub ale served via our nitro tap for a creamy refreshing treat. Mild toasty malt and floral hops lead the way with a touch of fruit and sweetness

Ale brewed with Raisins, Dates, Hazelnuts, and Sunflower Seeds.

Crush Beer is our autumn offering developed in tribute to the grape harvest here in Napa Valley. In keeping with the Bavarian tradition of Oktoberfest, this beer is an Amber Lager made with traditional malts. Since we are in the wine country, we also add a small amount of grapes to each batch. They say "It takes a lot of great beer at harvest time to make great wine." It’s appropriate for Napa Smith to use grapes in one of their beers, since they also run a winery.

In celebration of the spring and the start of baseball season we brewed an IPA that really knocks it out of the park! Bright Mandarina hops and a smooth malt body makes a super citrus, crushable IPA.

The wildcard in our line-up: Crushable IPA is our sub 4%abv session IPA. The hops will change occasionally, and we may even ferment it with different yeast sometimes, but the core values will always remain the same. Light, dry, crushable, yet full flavored and complex. Batch 1- House ale yeast, Citra and El Dorado hops 3.6% Batch 2-Brettanomyces Claussenii, Simcoe hops 3.8% Batch 3-House ale yeast, Simcoe hops 3.6% Batch 4- House ale yeast, El Dorado and Azacca hops 3.6%

This is not your father’s pilsner. It’s more like the pilsner that belonged to his stern father, the one with all the rules but who gave you treats whenever your parents weren’t looking. Brewed with traditional Pilsner malts, imported Czech Saaz and local Oregon Sterling hops, this pilsner’s first sip shows up with clean lager flavors, and then opens up with surprising complexity and softness—developing biscuity flavors, spicy herbal notes and a hint of lemon.

Made with pale caramel malts and 35% rye, this beer has a malty-sweet and spicy frame. Complimented with Mt. Hood hops for an easy-drinking taste that makes this beer seem more tame than its actual 7% ABV. Originally named Duggie Style Rye in honor of long-time Arbor Brewing Company brewer Doug Jakubiak, the recipe and named changed when head brewer Bill Gerds came on board and reinvented this crowd pleaser to make it his own. So good grown men will cry like a baby when it’s not on tap!

A citrus packed grapefruit flavor rounds off an intensely aromatic, and aggressively bitter IIPA. You’ll cry real good.

After a glass of this beer is poured, allow it to warm in your hands. Imagine yourself on a bitterly cool night, lost in an overgrown section of ancient graveyard, amongst battered wrought iron and crumbling gravestones. A full moon is half obscured by a grey mist and eerie noises coming from the surround compete with the thumping of your own heartbeat. Dark is closing in...surrounding you. Your hands are cold and icy. It’s the time of year again when your imagination gets the best of you. Ok. How long has it been since you’ve been holding that glass? Is it time? Now close your eyes, draw in the beer’s aroma and slowly drink. The Crypt Keeper’s concoction of dark, rich chocolate, coffee, pumpkin and spices will only be revealed when he is ready. As you vanquish the Crypt Keeper with each drink, the icy chill of the night is melted away and his hold on your soul will be complete.

A light-bodied lager, refreshing & easy to drink. Brewed with Perle & Hallertaur hops, domestic 2-row malt & flaked maize.
