The hop profile in this brew is led by notes of citrus, tangerine and tropical fruit with little pin in the background. The malt backbone provides balance to every sip.

We have sponsored the Theakston Old Peculier Crime Writing Festival since its inception in 2004. It is now the biggest of its kind in the world attracting the attendance of the world’s leading crime writers. At the 2011 Festival there were over eighty authors present along with publishers, editors, critics and thousands of crime novel enthusiasts. The sponsorship allows us to promote Old Peculier in a very unusual and eye-catching way. Crime is now the biggest genre of all books published today and has growing popularity throughout the world, a bit like Old Peculier which has a world-wide reputation. Indeed on the back labels of our bottled Old Peculier you will find a series of six ten-word crime novels penned by the some of the biggest names in the business. Our Crime of Passion Ale is brewed using bags of crystal malt and roasted barley to give a rich, red coloured, full bodied ale with hints of almonds, an ingredient which is reputed to have the same taste as arsenic!

Cigar City Cider and Mead is WANTED by Crafted Artisan Meadery for a crime of passion. On a cool September night they slipped into our facilities, danced past the moving floor lasers, skipped past cameras and still didn’t wake the baby. They then proceeded to sabotage this perfectly good batch of wildflower mead with copious amounts of lime, pecan and graham. The only evidence left behind was a delicious slice of key lime pie and a simple note that stated: "Hecho a Mano".

Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Amber Ale.

A classic European brew uses 100% UK hops and Crystal and Vienna malts. Notes of caramel, toffee, and buttered toast provide for a smooth and complex flavor profile - topped with a creamy head.

Our cherry apple hard cider. It's the driest of our fruity choices. Perfect for those who prefer dry but want to go sweet for a try.

Description: All Saints first production beer. This Amber Ale was crafted to balance the hop profile with a toasty, sweet malt character, in both flavor and aroma. It has a nice medium body and a gentle, well balanced finish.

Brewed with honey and blood orange juice.

Cerveza Cristal - la preferida de Cuba

Critterless is an American Sour Ale brewed with mango and cherry. The beer has a pinkish hue and pours with a small white head. The ale’s initial flavors of mouth puckering tartness fade into a pleasant sweetness that is accompanied by aromas of ripe fruit. Critterless finishes dry with a hint of rye spice.

200 pounds of fresh hand-picked pumpkins from Critz Farm in Cazenovia are added to the mash of this beer. They are cleaned, cut, drizzled with honey and maple syrup, then roasted in our ovens. The brew is then spiced with an array of fall spices. Pumpkin pie in a glass.

A sour wheat beer brewed with fresh lemon and orange zest. You can only find this beer here and at Republic Uptown/7 Corners. Until it comes out in bottles, of course.
