Fat Tire to the XP and A. The innovative folks at Rhinegeist went all new-style on Fat Tire. The result is a Belgian-style XPA. A combination of fruity Belgian yeast, bready-sweet European and Colorado malts and a healthy dose of fruity, vinous hops. Perfect for hopheads, wine lovers, beer fanatics and even whiskey quaffers.

Drawing inspiration from the fidelity of a saison — rustic, alluringly cloudy and crisp — this imperial IPA was brewed using oats and wheat. Dry-hopped twice and completely untouched post fermentation to preserve aroma and flavor.

Belgian Dubbel Abbey style ale featuring local sugared figs. Deep amber/mahogany color. Aroma is filled with light fig and caramel. Sweet in taste, but not cloying. Figs become more prominent as the beer warms.

American Pale Ale brewed with cold extracted coffee which imparts a rich coffee taste. Copper in color. Lots of coffee and citrus notes in aroma. Bitter and hoppy finish.

Father’s home, and his big, brawny body fills the room with a ruddy glow. He brings us gifts of dark roasted malts with hints of caramel and nuts, and bitter Belma hops that conjure up strawberries and plums. We promise we’ll save some for later. But he knows we won’t.

Father Francisco is part of our Origins Series. This beer is named after the first Jesuit Priest that landed in Miami and set up a missionary at the mouth of the Miami River in the early 1500s. This brew has a spicy and fruity aroma with a nice light body. It is highly carbonated with a soft sweetness from the malts. Look for this beer to be released later in the year aged in bourbon barrels.

Robust and smooth, this full-flavored lager is exceptionally drinkable, crisp and refreshing, yet light bodied.

A huge, viscous, full-bodied, dark as night, imperial stout yet somehow amazingly drinkable. Big aromas and flavors including dark fruits, roasted malts, dark chocolate, and spiced rum. Not for the faint of heart. Big but surprisingly nimble, as it can compliment any course of a meal.
