A hoppy, Northwestern interpretation of the style brewed to honor Aurora, one of our long time kitchen employees. Three hop varieties (Cascade, Mt. Hood, and Willamette) and a hefty dose of malts come together into a beer that, like its namesake, is feisty, full-bodied, and not to be messed with. O.G. 14.8, 5.5% ABV

Our Firefall Blood Orange Lambic is brewed using Pilsner Malt, Unmalted Wheat and Virginia Hops that are aged for 3 years. Firefall is then fermented and aged for 12 months in Virginia Meritage and Chambourcin Wine barrels. The complex wine aromas are complemented by earthy flavors from the wild yeast fermentation. After the initial 12 months, Firefall then undergoes a secondary fermentation on fresh blood oranges. As a result the Lambic has amazing aromas of oranges, vanilla, charred oak, and rich red wine. The wild ale imparts a slight tart flavor with a light body that pairs well with warm Virginia summer days.

The blend of papaya and a small dose of habaneros provide an ideal mixture of spicy and sweet.

Firefly is an English-style Pale Ale brewed with Marris Otter barley and English heritage hops (because the Sex Pistols invented punk rock). To add a fruity and citrusy aroma, there’s a late addition of American Calypso hops (because the Ramones invented punk rock).

Firefly Wheat is a unique take on a Belgian-Style Wit with locally produced Indiana honey. Firefly is brewed with orange peel and chamomile to compliment its spicy clove notes.

The California common lager style was originally developed in the late 19th century by German immigrants during the Gold Rush. Wanting to make a homestyle lager, but not having the refrigeration needed to ferment at cold temperatures, they developed a special strain of lager yeast that would ferment at 60* to 64* Fahrenheit. Our Firehole Steam uses this same strain of yeast. Firehole Steam is a signature beer of Rudy Borrego and is named after the Firehole River and the steam-producing thermal features of the greater Yellowstone basin. The alcohol content is 5.2% . Like FDR's Depression-era radio addresses, which were like a kick in the butt and a hug at the same time, our Fireside Chat is a subtle twist on the traditional seasonal brew. We begin with a rich, dark, English-style ale and then we improvise with spices until we know we have a beer worth sharing with the nation. Fireside Chat is our early winter seasonal brew available from October through December in six pack cans and on draft. Brewed like a classic, warming Strong Ale but with a subtle blend of hand-selected spices for just the right festive flair.

Brewed with a base of Munich malt and steeped with European hops, Fireside Ninja is malty on the front end with a slight hop finish on the back to provide balance. With an ABV of 5.7 percent, this beer, while very accessible, will keep you warm on a late fall or winter night. Special thanks to our friends at Asheville Pizza and Brewing, AKA the ninja masters, for letting us riff on their name.

This delicious porter features chocolate rye malt and a combination of smoked and crystal malts to produced a smooth medium bodied porter. This is 603′s first porter. The concept was created while trying to find a solution to get the winter chill out of our bones.

Brewed on Mother Road Brewing Company's First Anniversary, this Imperial Porter has rich chocolate and roast over a medium body and finishes with slight alcohol warmth.

In this seasonal spin on our witbier, we add over 700 pounds of tart Montmorency cherries per batch. The cherries are sourced from nearby Kimmel Orchards in Nebraska City. This insane addition of fruit gives First Blush a rosy hue, flavor, and a refreshingly tart zing. Introduced once each year in May while the next crop of cherries is ripening, it just might last until the new crop of cherries ripens in late June.

Each spring, hop growers dust off their pruning shears and trim the first shoots, bolstering the bines for a rich growing season. First Cut – a mouthful of silky Simcoe and a touch of mango – is a nod to this ritual, without which the world would be a less hoppy place.

You will see why we call this First Dance why you taste your first sip, the honey embraces the Old Vine Zinfandel grapes in such a loving and lasting embrace.

First Flight has a slight herbal aroma that we have combined with light coconut, vanilla and mild caramel high lights. There is a malty sweetness followed by a developing bready sweet flavor. Hints of complex caramel flavors come across that finish out with the brute bitterness. After taking a sip, the clean finish allows the alcohol to develop, giving you that warming feeling. Mild carbonation helps provide the palate with a low mouthfeel thus more flavor.
