Red ale brewed for the holiday season with specialty malts to achieve a beautiful deep red hue and the aromas of fresh baked bread, caramel, and stone fruits. Steeped with ginger root and orange peel.

In the Surly brewhouse, brewing our Anniversary beers means one thing: forget what ya know and try something different. In honor of FIVE glorious years, we bring you a 100% Brettanomyces-fermented Dark Ale, aged in red wine barrels. Flavors of sour cherry, tobacco, oak and classic “Brett” barnyard funk, balanced by Dark Munich malt chewiness. Enjoy immediately or age at cellar temperature for a couple years. 100% Brettanomyces-fermented Dark Ale aged in red wine barrels. Five has strong flavors of earthy black cherry and raisins with a sour finish.

Our quest for unique hop flavor led us to the Yakima Valley to explore a mix of vintage and newly developed hop varietals – so so cutting edge they are known only by numbers. This blend creates compelling flavors of vanilla, cedar, coconut, and orange for an IPA like we’ve never tasted before.

Named for our location on East-West Highway and Georgia Ave, this beer is "hopped" like an India Pale Ale, but fermented with lager yeast. The fermentation characteristics of lager yeast allows for the hops and malts to showcase well, while leaving a clean and crisp finish to the beer. Notes of resiny pine, tangerine and peach are created by our hop blend and dominate the light malt backbone in the aroma and flavor.

Hop-forward Indian pale ale.

Amber ale with warming red tones. The aroma is slightly fruity, with very low bitterness, which permits a beautiful sweetnes, without being cloying.

Five to one is experimental cider brewed with a blend of northern Michigan apples, along with raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries.

We use generous late-addition hops along with a carefully crafted malt bill to create this Double IPA that is nicely balanced. Expect big notes of Citrus, Mango, Peach, and Grapefruit; all these flavors and aromas come from the hops. This beer is unfiltered, so it will be a little cloudy at first. It should clear up with time.

Ever woken up with a ‘bit’ of a Hangover? You know the feeling. That first moment you crack open your eyes, the light pierces straight through to your brain and hammers like Thor at a rave. You mouth feels like it has been visited by small creatures of the night and used as a latrine. The only sentence you can scramble together is mostly incomprehensible dribble. Don’t fret, 7 cent are here to help, drink up…. fizzy good…. make feel nice. This a sour beer fermented with a Lambic bacteria/yeast blend, made from second running of a Russian Imperial Stout and aged on Blackberries.

Our RIS was originally brewed as a test batch on the day after Thanksgiving. Flack Briday starts with notes of raisin and pungent dark fruit. The finish is roasty, with flavors of coffee, dark chocolate and a hint of alcohol warmth.

A hoppy lager that is perfect for the Autumn season. Fläger has a smooth malty body with a refreshing bitter finish. A deep orange hue that compliments the changing colors of the season and is capped with a creamy white head.

Originally brewed to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the Battle of Trafalgar, Flagship is an Indian Pale ale. Admiral hops contribute to a full fruity mouth feel, and a sweet fruity aroma.

The first beer brewed at Maritime Pacific. Red amber in color, malty, nut-like flavor derived from a blend of malted barley, wheat, and Yakima and European hops.
