Flemish Amber is a highly attenuated, amber-copper colored sour ale that marries wild lactic sourness with a wonderful, earthy bouquet presented by a blend of farmhouse yeast strains. The earthy flavors are reminiscent of fresh tobacco and white peppercorn and combine with the high acidity and tartness to present a very developed, dry, sour ale.

Using 55% Wheat malt gives this ale the complex fruitiness that is specific to this world famous German beer style. A refreshing and crisp ale best enjoyed in the warmer months with hints of banana and cloves thanks to the traditional Bavarian Weizen yeast strain. And if anyone asks, Flemish Giants are @#&*ing huge rabbits!

The name ‘Flemish Primitive’ refers both to the famous wild yeast that lends its unique flavor accent to this extraordinary ale and to the school of “primitive” painters in medieval Flanders whose startling work kick-started the Renaissance. For centuries, wild Brettanomyces yeast floating on the open air in Flanders has fermented the local brew, producing a fruity and complex farmhouse character that aficionados recognize as distinctly Belgian. Here, several strains of Brettanomyces have been matched with rich, golden malt and a generous helping of local hops to yield a hearty, earthy, yet very refreshing brew. There are now six versions of Flemish Primitive available, all brewed with different hop varietals and hop rates. Each vintage will have its own unique label, featuring details from the work of Flemish painter Hieronymous Bosch.

An American Imperial Stout fermented with a Belgian yeast strain. Light coffee aroma with bitter chocolate and roasted malt flavors. Hopped with Green Bullet and Nugget hops to lend to the fruity finish of the Ardennes yeast. A classic style brewed with our special twist.

Flesh & Blood began with a ton of real citrus including lemon flesh and blood orange juice—hence the name—plus orange and lemon peel. Then the brewers began searching for the perfect combination of hops to perfectly complement the citrus flavors. After trialing number of different hops one-by-one, they emerged with Warrior and Centennial. So what does this focus on simple, pure unadulterated fruit mean in terms of the aromatics and flavors in this beer? Flesh & Blood balances the resinous hoppy characteristics of an American IPA with the explosive zesty fruitiness and subtle drying tartness of citrus to deliver a highly quaffable ale that’s incredibly unique and lovely to down the whole year round.

Rich oat stout brewed with blend of roast, crystal and oat malts it has smooth roast flavours finished off with Bramling X and Gelena hops

A Belgian style pale ale blended with hibiscus and kombucha tea, Fleur is a beautiful, rose-colored ale with an aroma of strawberries and hibiscus flowers. Her flavor balance starts with a hint of sweet, ripe berry and finishes tart.

A dark farmhouse ale with hibiscus, lavender and chamomile added at the end of the boil. Malted Spelt provides a silky full body that supports the late-kettle flower additions.
