For the fourth installment in our “Beast” series, Sir Walter Scott has finally tamed the creature, who was about to attack a group of innocent unicorns. To celebrate, we blended 1/3 Undead Party Crasher aged in bourbon barrels, 1/3 Blaecorn Unidgragon aged in scotch barrels and 1/3 Billionaire aged in scotch barrels. Hooray!

Electrifying & tropical, kiwis can’t fly, and that’s A-OK, because all the ingredients for this cider were grown right here in the Northwest; Fresh-pressed apples, hardy kiwi berries, and gooseberries.

This single hop summer ale is brewed with Montana-grown two-row pale, caramel, biscuit, and some roast malts with Amarillo hops, that’s all folks.

Locally sourced wildflower honey forms the center of this IPA. It tastes like it smells, floral and citrus malty notes on the front end, light hoppy bitterness. Great for a hot day or a cool night, with lower ABV and moderate bitterness. This sessionable IPA is far more drinkable than it's more aggressive counterparts. 6.4 ABV 54.8 IBU

A hop-forward fix for the first days of fall Just when it feels like the dog days will never end, suddenly, the switch is flipped, the air gets cooler and it’s clear that autumn is on the way. Featuring a ruby-red hue and abundant tropical fruit and citrus hop flavors, Flipside Red IPA is the perfect beer for the final flash of summer.

Easy drinking lager made in the Dortmunder style. Balanced and refreshing.

Pale Ale? Sure. Use some wheat, rye and oats? Love that. Hop with Summit, Palisade and Super Galena but keep hop bitterness low? Aromatastic. Add copious amounts of Mandarins, Oranges and Tangerines on the hot side? Here we go. Recirculate through Acacia wood and Dekapon mandarin peels over two days post fermentation? Now it’s a Black Raven beer, whatever it takes to cram this much sunshine into a beer.

A Kölsch ale brewed with lime, ginger and a hint of Ancho ends up smooth and refreshing. In fact, that was Chef Mike Florea's nickname in high school. Now he just goes by Flo. And you may just find you want to keep this Flolsch flowing.

This alt-ternative Brown lager is assertively hopped, yet smooth as silk. Opi grays the line between a Dusseldorf Alt and a Brown. It's as freestyle as Opi's flop, yet less painful. Enjoy. If you'd like to make this beer, then stop on down. We have a brew kit for you!

Florence (1915-1967) was our grandfather’s sister, and Hill Farmstead Brewery rests upon the land that was once home to her and her 13 siblings. In her honor, this Belgian inspired Wheat ale is crafted from American malted barley, Organic Vermont wheat, European and American hops, our distinctive farmhouse yeast and water from our well. It is unfiltered and naturally carbonated. Soft, cloudy, and fresh, this is the ale that I dream to have shared with Florence. 5% ALC/VOL 12º P Ingredients: Pale Malt; Vermont Organic Wheat; American and European Hops; Ale Yeast, and our Well Water.
