"The beer pays tribute to the many heroic efforts of those Jersey Strong folks helping rebuild from the devastation of Superstorm Sandy. Thanks to the work of our wholesalers, bar and restaurant owners and consumers like you, we've been able to donate more than $45,000 to relief efforts so far. Some of the proceeds from this beer will add to that total. Sandy is a hybrid wheat-pale ale. It's hopped with experimental hop ADHA 483, never before used in a beer. The hop gives a beautiful guava and melon aroma with a nice hop finish. It's a one of a kind experience - just like the Jersey shore."

For our first anniversary we decided to indulge in a beer style that is bursting with flavor, jet black in color, potent, and worthy of celebration. Forge is a Russian Imperial Stout, hoppy, roasty, brimming with notes of roasted chocolate, sweet malt, and a very dry finish, as is our style. This beer was aged two months before being released, and is ready to drink now, or you can lay a bottle down to crack on the first snowstorm next winter.

18 pounds of hops went into this massively hoppy hoppiness.

Brewed with cinnamon, this robust porter is reminiscent of mexican chocolate with its dark chocolate malty tones. The cinnamon makes this beer the perfect seasonal throughout the harvest-time and holidays.

Our flagship cider, named after a trail that you may not have time to travel on as much as you’d like. This is a blend of estate grown fruit, sourced from Eastern Oregon. It comes out as a semi-dry cider, appealing to fans of dry cider, yet has a bit of natural sweetness to please a customer with a sweet tooth.

The first beer in Blank Slate's "Traveling IPA" series. Autumn is a time of change and mother nature is at a fork in the road as the bright summer gives way to fall's darker colors. This beer sits squarely at the fork where darker malts and brighter hops meet. Munich and CaraRed malts give it an amber color and bigger malt presence than a standard IPA. Generous amounts of Citra and Centennial hops remind you that it's still an "India" style beer nonetheless.

There is smoke that billows from the realms we dare not name. The Formorian Priestess dwells within these realms, and this is our tribute to her in smoked lager form. Crisp, slightly malty and refreshing, this lager is sure to satisfy even her.

This American Amber Ale is generously hopped with Simcoe and Zythos. Notes of pine shine through, while this beer finishes with a very balanced combination of Pacific Northwest Hop notes and sweet malts. This is a limited release and is ONLY available in the DEMONIC Variety Case.

An ale brewed with a ridiculous amount of pureed raspberries (over a ton of em!). Fort has a Belgian Ale type base, then we follow a similar fermentation process as we use on our other high ABV beers, 120 Minute IPA and World Wide Stout. Due to its high ABV, Fort is an excellent candidate for cellaring. Grab a few bottles, enjoy one now and lay the others down for a few years (want to know when the Fort you find was bottled? Check the 'Bottled On' date on the neck of each bottle). Fort is also an excellent food beer. Our favorite pairings include anything chocolate or a nice piece of duck.

Inspired by the original Kölsch ales of Köln (Cologne) Germany, this traditional top-fermented ale has some unique Fort Kölnz character while holding true to its roots. "Keller" in the name indicates that this isa n unfiltered and cold cellared ale with some of the brewing yeast and nutrients remaining in suspension. A grainy sweet aroma answers to a slight citrus note derived from moderate hopping. Dry and clean on the palate, bitterness is present but not overpowering. Extended cellaring is evident in the clean, crisp finish, and despite a very pale straw color and light body, our ale has great depth and complexity. Ein prosit der gemütlichkeit!

Duits & Lauret Stout is a very complex, dark and full flavored beer. A beer to even sit down well and enjoy the beautiful taste sensation. The smell is distinguishable include coffee and dark chocolate. The beer has clearly toasted accents and a lovely bitterness. It combines well with oysters or spicy dishes, but also with desserts where chocolate or dried fruit are processed.

"As luck would have it, our amigos at Suerte dig our brews as much as we do their tequila. They graciously provided their finest barrels. We filled them and created sour, salty, and citric awesomeness." We aged this beauty in Suerte Tequila barrels for 9 months, then added fresh lime zest and Maldon salt!
