There are TEN states that make up what we call our ‘distribution footprint.’ Each state made a unique contribution to FOOTPRINT. This artful ale is our tribute to these states in which our beer is available. The result is a crafty collective of regional flavors: Colorado - Hops & Barley, Arizona - Prickly Pear, Idaho - Barley & Hops, Kansas - Wheat, Minnesota - Wild Rice, Missouri - Oak Barrels, Nebraska - Corn, New Mexico – Green Chilis, South Dakota – Barley & Honey, Wyoming - Wheat

Inky black in color, this Imperial Stout has aromas of sweet rum, vanilla, and toasty oak. Full flavors of almond and dark chocolate, finished with boozy run, create a deliciously drinkable treat.

It’s a symphony of pork bellied, potted rillette, spicy chicharroned, and charcuteried small plates foraged and savored by self-proclaimed foodies, and orchestrated by masters of the kitchen. When sunbeams reach the forest floor, when winter aconites and crocuses begin to blossom, and when young girls on bicycles in skimpy skirts pose traffic hazard for hormone bubbly young men with their eyes elsewhere than on the traffic, then you know for sure that spring has arrived! At this time of the year it is time for beer lovers to leave the heavy and dark beers in the fridge, and start looking for lighter beers. This “Spring Beer” from Amager Bryghus is a “Bière de Garde” type of beer, which is full of spicy flowers and pollen tones. Rich malt with notes of caramel and dry hopping ensure that the beer isn’t at all too sweet. Bière de Garde actually means "beer for storage" but never mind that we say as our “Spring Beer” must be enjoyed here and now. We dare you… you can hardly resist if you are as excited as we are that springtime has finally come!

This two threaded Wild Belgian Farmhouse ale is one part Saison brewed with Nelson Sauvin and Sorachi Ace hops and one part Golden Ale that was oak barrel fermented with the wild yeast, Brettanomyces Bruxellensis. The blend results in a funky, tropical fruity and slightly tart nose that is echoed in the refreshing flavor on the palette. We got the funk. Gotta have that funk!

Driven by supernatural curiosity and ambition to unearth the unexplainable, the Forbidden Traveler probes the earth to uncover mysteries of the past. Shunning the bureaucracy of academia, F.T. sets his sights on those once-in-a-zillion lifetime finds that others dismiss as mere fantasy. F.T. concentrates his efforts on unearthing locations. After years of exhaustive research, including many a dead end, he recently found himself deep in the Congo, his team’s machetes barely able to cut a path through the dense foliage. Then finally, an opening. There before them was a lush, fertile valley, brimming with the most beautiful flora and fauna they had ever seen. In the middle of the valley was the most perfect apple tree with an enormous serpent hanging from the highest branch. Could it be true? Had he found the ultimate prize? We proudly present the Forbidden Traveler — a crisp fellow with a taboo disposition. Forbidden Traveler is a crisp, wheat beer made with real apple. Its bright effervescence will catch your eye, while its refreshing aroma will tempt your senses. It’s here for the picking, just take a sip.

At 6.2% ABV it is in the early reaches of the strong category! This ruby red, sour mashed and oak aged weiss bière is for everyone. Maybe some oak, cherry and vanilla come through? Try mixing it with our currently offered stout, on tap. It is real, it is right and it works. The freshest framboise on tap in town, no question.

Forbidden Fruit is a very unique, Belgian style beer. We threw 15 different fruits into this simple wit beer for a fruity bang into summer. Forbidden Fruit was brewed specifically for wedding season, June, because it’s a beer the whole wedding party can enjoy. Loads of fruity flavour, balanced with a dry finish and delicious Galaxy hops will leave you craving this brew all summer long.

Dark, malty and delicious- but also dangerously quaffable. This style ale began in 18th Century Britain, but died out as pale malts became more economical than their darker counterparts. We’re reviving the tradition and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
