Apricot lambic

Foudreweizen is our second collaboration with the extraordinary Live Oak Brewing Co. in Austin, Texas. Wort brewed at Live Oak and inoculated with their Hefeweizen yeast was slowly transformed and taken into different directions by the native yeast and bacteria alive in the walls of one of Jester King’s foudres. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and 100% naturally conditioned.

FOUND - the big brother of our LOST IPA. With a bigger grain bill, lots of oats, and copious amounts of Simcoe, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops, notes of orange and grapefuit zest, pine, dank hop resins, and just the right amount of earthiness rounds out this heady Double IPA.

This highly touted brown ale has a complex malt palate of caramel, chocolate, light roast and biscuit that will leave you with a medium nutty mouth feel. Behind notes of hop bitterness.

Light bodied with only 90 Calories

Our which is called Four Damn Fights to a Pint, and as the name suggests, it explodes with juicy hop character. This beer is a true Hop Bomb at 9.3% ABV, it’s a TKO!

Brewed with Dark Belgian Candi Syrup (Kandijstroop Donker) in the boil, which provides notes of anise, dark chocolate, caramel & toasted bread. Candi Syrup, a traditional brewing ingredient in Belgium, also adds a dark hue and a complex Belgian character to the brew, which is fermented with Belgian Abbey Yeast. This brilliant garnet-red beer is true to style with its warming 11% ABV, which is balanced perfectly with caramel, dark sugar & malty sweet flavors from the Candi Syrup.
