As we kick off our Summer seasonal, Golden Cap saison, we’re excited to roll out a single-batch seasonal, “Four Witches” black saison. It’s an opportunity to explore flavor within a remarkably interpretive style. Saisons are intriguing beers as they have traditional roots, yet are a delicious forum for variation and development. The Four Witches art, illustrated by Kyle Bice, develops on Golden Cap’s theme, with a nod to Wizard of Oz, as L. Frank Baum wrote the book while summering in Holland, MI. White and dark roasted wheat provide deceptively delicious body, and a playful reference to Oz’s contrast between good and wicked witches. Caramel rye and barley continue the story, along with a unique yeast character and mild spicing.

To honor 14 years of making craft beer we decided to brew a wheat wine. This unfiltered brew is made with over 50% wheat to give it a distinctly spicy character. Enjoy it now, or if you have the patience, give it some time in your cellar. When you are ready, expect to find notes of tart wheat, grapes, and honey with crisp bitterness and carbonation.

Imperial Farmhouse IPA. Bold hop aromatics of ripe citrus and tropical fruit balanced by earthy, summer stone fruit yeast character and a crisp, bready malt sweetness. Lingering bitterness with a dry finish.

An Irish Red Ale made with English 2 Row Malt Barley and enough Chipotle Peppers to put a little "heat(er) in your chest," in about 6 to 9 seconds.

Bite me! This IPA is heavy on the bittering hops unlike many IPAs on the market. That bite is coupled with a healthy dose of dry hopping to give a wonderful tropical aroma & flavor.

Medium bodied beer with a fruity aroma. The creamy mouthfeel derives from the crystal malt and finishes with a strong, dry, grapefruit rind hop finish.

This sly girl creeps out of her den when the air gets just a little chill and the leaves begin to turn. We take Centennial & Columbus hops bursting with their piney and fruity resins and drop them into a rich, red ale. The perfect balance of juicy hops and bready malt to take you into the colder months.
