Only available filtered and pasteurised in bottles. Matured in wooden casks of Willoughbys Crusted Port to impart sweetness and a heavy vinous characteristic. The tradition of port is very English and many of the port houses proudly trace their ancestry back to the U.K. Portuguese wines were fortified with brandy to improve their keeping properties during shipment. This fully fermented ale has been brewed by JW Lees as a celebration of the brewers’ art. Harvest Ale can be enjoyed now or laid down like a fine wine for enjoyment to come.

Take a traditional recipe for pilsner and top it off with a load of “New World” hops. What do you get? A classic pilsner with a twist: wet hops from High Five Hops Farm. Pilsner malt and pilsner yeast as well as weeks of cold conditioning make this a well-balanced, hoppy lager. Celebrate the harvest!

The harvest season for hops is a painfully short window—that precious time when the hops are bursting with intense aromatics. Luckily for us, harvest comes twice a year: once in each hemisphere. Southern Hemisphere features fresh New Zealand hops that are picked, dried, and shipped to our brewery within seven days. The result is a complex beer that showcases the floral and herbal flavors and aromas of Southern Cross, Pacifica, and Motueka hops. Southern Hemisphere is part of our five-bottle Harvest series which features single hop, fresh hop, wet hop, and wild hop beers.

Every autumn we release this fresh-hopped beer brewed with hops grown by Philadelphia Brewing Co.® right in our brewery courtyard, along with more hops grown by friends around Philadelphia like Greensgrow Farms. Harvest from the Hood is brewed on the same day that the locally grown hops are hand picked – giving this brew a juicy, bright hop flavor and aroma.

Our delicious Harvest Hefe subtracts the raspberries from our best-selling Razz Wheat and spices things up with Hefe. If you love our delicious fruit ale, but would like to try it year-round without the fruit — this is your beer.

This beer is a true Scottish Export with 8 English malts balanced against just enough pumpkin to impart that \"Fall\" flavor with a delicate kiss of East Kent Goldings hop in the finish.

Harvest Jack is a rich, creamy Pumpkin Ale that will melt in your mouth. This autumn orange, full bodied beer is complemented perfectly by a hint of seasonal spices including cinnamon, ginger, coriander and vanilla. Grains of paradise add a sweet warmth and enhance the creamy mouth feel. This beer will make you want to run outside, high-five a scarecrow, and jump into a pile of leaves.

Medium-bodied with mellow malt aromas and a lovely reddish-orange hue. Brewmaster Rande Reed has created this German-style Festbier to ease the way from lazy summer days into the more bracing days of autumn. Highly kilned Munich malt, German Spalt hops, and our house ale yeast yield unrivalled smoothness and flavors not found in ordinary beers.
