We brew this beer in accordance to German purity laws which state that only water, hops, malted barley and yeast may be used. This beer has a distinct light body and delicious banana and clove flavors.

A Bavarian inspired unfiltered wheat ale with a subtle aroma of clove, banana

Strong pale ale . Plenty of Goldings hops during brewing.

This deep copper ale is unfiltered, full flavored and robust. An extended boil generated intense caramel notes, offset by an assertive hop bitterness. Raisin and dried cherry notes blend with shades of mild tropical fruit lead to a biscuit-like, slightly bitter finish. Available in 1/2 barrel keg & 1/6 barrel keg.

This American cream ale is straw in color and mildly hopped for a smooth, deliciously light taste.

As days get shorter and sleeves get longer, Baxter Brewing releases its fall seasonal, Hayride Autumn Ale. A generous portion of two rye malts give the beer a full body, bready flavor, and subtle spiciness; while toasted malts provide a touch of sweetness and a rich, almost reddish hue. New Zealand Pacifica and Pacific Jade hops balance Hayride’s maltiness and suggest notes of oranges and tropical fruit. Finally, we cold-condition the beer on oak, with light additions of ginger, black pepper, and orange peel, bringing out the spiciness of the rye and rounding out the soft sweetness of the beer. Hayride will give a touch of warmth for those cool fall nights, while remaining deliciously drinkable.

Hayseed is our new summer seasonal offering. It is a delicious sessionable farmhouse ale, also known as a grisette. Light-bodied, yet flavorful, Hayseed is like liquid sunshine: perfect after a hike, floating in the lake, or while playing fetch with your old brown dog.

A spin-off of our Belgian Style Pale Ale, this straw-colored brew introduces a unique sourness to appease everyone’s bitter side.

While inspired by Upland Wheat Ale, Haystack Lightning forges it’s own identity with American yeast and citrusy hops that set it apart from it’s cloudy, spiced muse. The beer features Caracrystal Wheat Malt, Amarillo Whole Leaf hops, and is dry hopped with Amarillo and Columbus. Filtered to a brilliant clarity, the result is a clean, medium-bodied beer with a mild caramel sweetness. Haystack Lightning maintains the light, refreshing citrus qualities of Upland Wheat, but adds more hop character and a distinct grainy flavor.

Late summer quencher brewed with 35% malted wheat, hopped with warrior, cascade & amarillo, then dry-hopped with more amarillo; light, bright & zippy on the palate, with an effusive interplay of toasted grain, fresh herbs & citrus fruit.

HayWired is our take on a refreshing summer beer. It is brewed with 50% wheat malt, but is no Belgian Wit or German Hefeweizen. It's something a bit different. Hoppy and wheaty, fermented with a British yeast. It could best be described as a wheat pale ale or a "too hoppy to style" American wheat beer. Either way, it comes with guaranteed refreshment!

Thatchers Haze is a cloudy premium cider crafted with Discovery, Falstaff, Gala and Jonagold apples to create a crisp sweet finish. It is the juice of the Jonagold apple that brings a naturally cloudy appearance to this chilled cider.
