It doesn't get much more local than this! Brewed with beets grown right here in Lynn and named after the farmer who grew them, Hazel's Taproot Ale was made using 2-row barley, wheat, buckwheat and three different varieties of beets: Touchstone (yellow), Ace (red), and Chioggia (red and white). Notes of earth and spice are supported by a soft floral aroma from US Golding hops. Special thanks to Hazel and the Lynn Food Project. Support your local farmer!

Brewed with cocoa nibs, vanilla and hazelnut, this porter is as smooth as the famous brand of spread our lawyers told us we couldn't name.

For years, our hardest core local fans have been drinking a blend of Chocolate Stout and Hazelnut Brown Nectar. They say it tastes like a chocolate candy bar. We have taken these two absolutely fabulous beers and fused them together to create Hazelutely Choctabulous, dark and decadent with a rich nutty flavor up front followed by a chocolate truffle finish.

A massive aroma of pineapple and stone fruits jump from head of 4 Noses first New England style IPA. Hazy and juicy, but with much more hop punch than a traditional NE IPA. With Simcoe, Mosaic and Galaxy used in all of the hopping, a fuller mouthfeel from the oats, this beer is a Colorado take on the beer that put New England on the map.

Hazy Days is our American Wheat beer, made with only 2-row barley and wheat malt. It’s a nice refreshing summer beer, and to give it a more refreshing quality, we dose it with some aroma hops

American medium bodied oatmeal stout hopped heavily with Centennial and Northern Brewer. Aged post fermentation with a custom and locally roasted coffee bean. Originally served via nitrogen draft system.

An IPA brewed with a single, experimental variety of hop, HBC 344, a hop described as "Juicy Fruit/Jolly Rancher with notes of eucalyptus and herbal tea".

It’s hard for us to believe, but we reached our 100th batch of beer with HC-100, right on the heels of our first anniversary. 100 is a nice round number, so we opted to use 100lbs of hops throughout the brewing process of this batch, equating to about 7 pounds per barrel. The malt bill is no slouch, nor could it be at 10%, but this beer is defined by its aggressive hop character from start to finish.

He Said is a white Belgian-Style Tripel ale brewed with pumpkin, terragon and galangal.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Shmaltz Brewing Co. is proud to introduce Bittersweet Lenny's R.I.P.A. Brewed with an obscene amount of malts and hops. Shocking flavors - far beyond contemporary community standards. We cooked up the straight dope for the growing minions of our nation's Radical Beer junkies. This rye-based double IPA comes across earthy and spicy with a wonderful, rich malt/hop balance. Very full-bodied and beautifully constructed. The memorial playbill read: "Yes we killed him. Because he picked on the wrong god. Directed by the Courts the Cops the Church... and his own self-destructive super ego.
