This American IPA is different from the English IPA style. Its color is a light bronze. We use the perfect amount of American and English malts, to create a big herbal and citrus character.

Belgian style Trappist Ale brewed in the tradition of and with respect for the Trappist monks who have brewed this beer for centuries. Brewed with European pilsner malt, aromatics, Sterling and Czech Saaz hops.

Chocolate Oatmeal Stout with Hatch Chile Peppers added

Hatchery Series #1 is an India Pale Ale exclusively featuring Mosaic hops. Expect notes of juicy orange, mango, citrus and passionfruit with a tropical and biscuity nose and drinkable 6.4% ABV.

Hauling Oats Oatmeal Stout 5.7% ABV 30 IBUs This dark and opaque beer has aromas and flavors of baker's chocolate, coffee and roasted qualities. The 20% oats provides a creamy mouthfeel and a light enough body that it is great year round! Ingredients: 2-row, Oats, wheat, Munich Malt, chocolate malt, crystal 55, roasted malts, Magnum and Cascade hops, California Ale yeast. Food Pairing: buttery well aged cheeses, roasts, tiramisu, chocolate cake

We dedicate this hef to the German housewives who brewed all of the household and community beer until the 8th century. This German wheat’s thick white head tops a smooth wave of vanilla and bubblegum.

Deep Copper tones and a decidedly smooth hop bite make this a highly enjoyable beer.

Gose with mint and lime.

This golden lager has a soft maltiness balanced with the crisp Saaz hop flavor and aroma. It is a classic style originating from Pilsen in the Czech Republic.

During hot summer days on Braxton Drive, the garage was a haven. A place where we retreat from the hot sun, relax, and crack open a cold beer with neighbors, friends, and family. And few beer styles are more synonymous with Summer than the Hefeweizen. We’re proud to be pouring Haven Hefeweizen in the Garage on W 7th and at our favorite bars and restaurants. Haven is a German wheat beer primarily showcasing yeast driven flavors and aromas, known predominately for its banana and clove characteristics. A medium bodied, full flavored and easy drinking wheat for the hot days of summer.

Flemish for Oat, Haver Bier is a golden saison with a noble hop finish balanced by a creamy mouthfeel, and grainy pilsner malt flavor.

We usually do not make compromises, but this is probably the exception. Norwegians are dead scared of dark beers. This is an attempt to show that there are gentle dark ales. As such Havre Stout is smooth and drinkable.
