A chewy and rich pale ale hopped with Magnum, Cascade, and Sterling. Caramel and malt-candy notes blend with a stone fruit, tangerine, and dark berry fruitiness and finishes with a gentle yet crisp bitterness.

Made using fruit from the Okanagan Valley, this crisp, delicious cider is the perfect companion for a sunny lakeside patio.

Harvest Porter is a lighter-than-normal porter with a slight nuttiness and hints of chocolate. This beer style, which has been around since head brewer Drew Barton made it up, consists of Marris Otter, chocolate and melanoidin malts balanced with East Kent Goldings and Fuggle hops.

In 1995, we crafted our first autumn seasonal—Pumpkin Ale. At the time, Oktoberfest beers were in high demand. For our version, we wanted to create a beer that was a little different than what was already out there and complemented the season by highlighting the flavors we’ve all grown to love during this time. It was so popular that it became the first nationally available pumpkin ale. Harvest Pumpkin Ale, as it’s called now, is crafted with pumpkin and spices of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice for a taste you’ll want to fall right into.

This ale uses a complex grain bill and showcases rye's spicy character balanced by big hop aromatics and flavors.

Brewed with locally sourced, wet hops from Empire, Michigan. Fresh hop aromatics with a toasted biscuit malt character leading to a mild bodied beer and a slight lemon thyme finish.

On our never-ending quest for exciting hop flavors we stumbled upon a pioneering hop grower in western Idaho working with a handful of new and interesting varietals. One of these captivating hops, Idaho 7, headlines the first of five bottles in our 2015 edition of the Harvest series. Complex fruity aromas of orange and apricot mesh with hints of black tea-like character and a pleasant fresh herbal bouquet. This IPA kicks off our 2015 series exploring diverse hopping methods: single hop, fresh hop, wet hop and wild hop.

Whole-cone hops, the whole time—our philosophy since the beginning. We use hops in their purest form, and we’re fortunate to get first crack at some of the rare and exciting varietals new to brew kettles. This single-hop IPA showcases newly developed hop 291’s fruity, berry-like aromas, complex floral character and hints of pepper. This intriguing varietal kicks off our five-bottle Harvest series which features single hop, fresh hop, wet hop, and wild hop beers.

This is a straight up, honest, working man's ale; brewed to quench the thirst and revive the spirit. Pours a straw gold with a pleasant citrus aroma that gives way to a balanced and satisfyingly bitter finish.

Northern Hemisphere was the first wet hop ale and it inspired the wet hop craze here in America. Wet—undried—hops go straight from the fields into our kettles within 24 hours. Because hops are incredibly perishable, using hops wet preserves all of the precious oils and resins for a unique drinking experience as evidenced by the intense herbal green flavors and citrus-like and floral aromas. Belgian Ale brewed with Pumpkin - 6% ABV. Quintessential pumpkin ale but with Belgian yeast. Brewed with our pumpkins. Delicate and satisfying.

Constant addition of fresh Cascade and Willamette hops from Brad’s Stillwater hop garden during boil and fermentation process. Aromatic and caramel malts compliment the hop character for an incredibly balanced beer that celebrates the hop harvest without killing your tongue.

light-bodied, full-flavored Cream Ale with a crisp twist of Czech and German hops. Great floral nose with a pilsner-like mouth-feel and finish. A very approachable style for new craft beer drinkers but with the flavor and depth for the connoisseur as well.

Cooling out on the dock, jamming tunes and popping tops, wait for da rod to bend. Gist of the grist is mellow at 4.2%, laying down the base to showcase the blazin’ Amarillo hop hash sunset.
