Packing with citrus and passionfruit flavor, it’s mouthwateringly delicious.

100% wet hopped American pale ale. The hops used in this beer were Simcoe from the BT Loftus Ranches and Cascade from Van Horn Farms. For this pale ale we used a great amount of both of these hops so it has a very strong aroma and actually quite a bit of bitterness that lingers on your pallet for a little while. An intense experience of citrus and piney hop character is complimented by layers of rich malt flavor. Behold our new standard for hoppy beers.

A hybrid style incorporting the best of both continents: Franco-Belgie pale, aromatic, and kilned coffee malts, Pacific Northwest Simcoe, Cascade, Chinook and Mt, Hood hops, and a blend of Belgian and Big Time yeasts. An upfront bitterness is matched by malt complexity, while yeast phenolics dance to spicy, citric hop notes. O.G. 15.8 Plato, 6.8% ABV

Hop Dog is a fresh Hop pale ale. Brewed once a year at harvest season, it is a Light hoppy pale ale with lots of green grassy hop notes.

Bavarian style hefe

For the long, shimmering summer haze, Hop Fiction is a blast of resin and grapefruit. Perfect timing for the untold stories the longest months have yet to reveal.

A collaboration with Milwaukee’s own Rishi Tea, this IPA is infused with Organic Jasmine Tea, lending it a sweet, floral aroma. Strong citrus notes come from the generous amount of American hops. Hop Freak was born big and bitter but a sizeable malt bill adds balance to this beast.

Wheat Double IPA. Medium malt character compliments massive, juicy hop aromas and flavors. Orange hue. Pilsner, white and red wheat, special pale, Cara 8, CaraPils, and honey malts. Simcoe, Citra, Falconer's Flight, Amarillo, and Centennial hops. California ale yeast.
