Take a trip to the tropics with the ultra-smooth Juicy Mandarina IPA. For our summer Hop Kitchen release, we’re cashing in our ticket to paradise and mellowing out with a wave of exotic hop flavors. Juicy Mandarina IPA sports a full array of island hop vibes courtesy of citrusy Mandarina Bavaria, breezy floral and fruity Calypso and tropical Galaxy. Fruity hybrid yeast accentuates the burst of hops, while soft wheat malts float each sip across the tongue with ease. Close your eyes, take a sip, and take a liquid vacation.

Hop Knife recognizes the time-honored tradition of hand-harvesting hops at the peak of maturity. At the end of fermentation, the beer flows through our HopCyclone releasing a bounty of preserved citrus rind, crushed jungle, and tropical aromas.

Born in the spirit of hop experimentation each brew will utilize intense hop varieties with a uniquely colored label signifying each new hop blend. This version white label features the El Dorado.

This modern, creative interpretation of a classic Belgian-white ale style is hop forward, in flavor, or "laced" with hops. Hop-Lace, a White IPA made with sweet orange peel, Amarillo and Citra hops create a tight formation of "Belgian Lace" leaving an intricate flavor that will have you clinging on for more.

Using generous amounts of Palisades, Galaxy and El Dorado hops in the late addition of the boil and in the fermenter for dry hopping, our inaugural HLP release, Sapient, boasts an herbal, grassy punch and mellowed citrus and stone fruit aroma equally matched by its flavor right through the glass. Bitterness is smooth and well balanced against the crisp but full flavored mouthfeel and body of this very drinkable pale ale.

American hops and Belgian abbey beer flavors intermingle to create a spicy and assertive beer style all their own. Citrusy character from select hops dominate this assertive Double I.P.A., complimented by a unique Belgian flavor to add complexity and ultimate beer satisfaction. The result is a flavor combination that’s a whirlwind of taste sensations.

An IPA that weighs in at 7.0% ABV and boast a range of hops that puts it at 70IBU's this IPA will go down smooth. This brew has a pleasant citrus/piney aroma so pleasing your nose won't want your mouth to steal the moment! A woodsy initial taste leaves just the right amount of bitterness lingering on your palate, it finishes smooth with pleasing tones and urges you to have another! Feelin' Naughty?

A Black IPA, American style dark ale, brewed with American hops and dry hopped exclusively with Citra hops.

We took our classic Oval Beach Blonde and increased the malt profile to boost up the body and the ABV, plus we added a boatload of hop additions to amp up the flavor and bring this beer to a whole new level.

English style IPA made in Mexico

Juicy, 5-hopped IPA with Citra and Nugget.

This recipe was based on the idea of an amber ale that has more hops and more malt. This complex sipper is heavily dosed with Cascade, Centennial and Columbus hops which provide a solid, yet balanced, bitterness and a sticky finish on the tongue. The crystal malt offers a crimson red color and a complex presence of mouthfeel to meld this brew together. Cheers
