Brewed with a different single hop variety every time. We use this beer to test out new hop varieties from our hop growing partners in the Northwest. Often times the hops are so early on in the breeding program that they are only known by a number.

Hopageddon is an end-of-the-world Imperial IPA with an intensely aromatic hop profile that defies expectations and will leave you wondering, “What just happened?” At 144 IBUs, Hopageddon glows with a gorgeous fiery orange color and showcases a distinct, full white head. The unique flavors from our obscenely extended dry-hopping and shockwave of bitterness lingers on the palate and leaves hopheads with a Post-ahopalyptic yearning for more. Beach Haus® Hopbahn showcases both strength and complexity. It pours a deep rich mahogany beneath a crown of tight tan bubbles. Get your Wobbly Boot on with this Pale Ale brewed with hops from down under. Featuring a duo of Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin hops.

Citra, Simcoe, Cascade, and Amarillo hops, are the stars of this supercharged IPA. With a hopped-up flavor and lots of citrus zest, tropical, and pine floral notes, this defiantly delicious brew is all-American and proud of it. What's so devilish about it, you ask? We maxed out our system brewing it. When we couldn't put more hops into the kettle, we whirled it out. Then we did the whole thing a second time and ended up dryhopping it like a motherfucker too. This is Nelson and Citra. This is tropical fruits and citrus aromas. This is pure joy.

This heavily hopped American Double IPA has a firm malt presence, which provides a background for a pronounced bitterness and a huge piney and citrusy hop aroma.

A true double pale ale in all respects: double malt in the mash, double hops in th the boil, double dry-hopped in two separate conditioning stages, and aged to perfection for impeccable balance.

A showcase of the creativity and talent of beer passionate women in the craft brewing industry, Hoperation Pink is a collaboration beer brewed to raise funds for and awareness of women’s health issues. Hoperation Pink displays a beautifully vibrant pink grapefruit aroma, a wholesome body, and a balanced but assertive citrus hop bitterness in the finish. The Hardywood 2013 batch is dry-hopped on a massive addition of Citra hops. $100 per barrel of Hoperation Pink is contributed to non-profit organizations that support women’s health, with half going to VCU Massey Cancer Center and the other half going to local charitable causes selected by the participating brewers with each batch brewed. Thank you for helping us to fight against cancer and to improve the lives of women who face unexpected health challenges.

Our next generation citrus IPA. The significant aroma is due to multiple dry -hop sessions of Citra. Creating a smooth and malty, yet hoppy elixir that finishes with a grapefruit tang.

Belgian Style Cognac Aged Sour Ale

Brewed once a year if the hops are available. This beer is all about the hops! Northern Brewer is used for the bittering hop, Amarillo and Centennial for dry-hopping. The hop flavor and aroma are the stars of this beer. There is a nice balance with malt and alcohol but Hopfather is all about the hops! This is truly one of our house favorites- just ask any employee!
