An intensely hoppy hand-crafted American IPA!! We chucked 6 hop varieties in the boiling kettle and 2 pounds per barrel in the fermenter as a “dry hop” infusion to express our passion for hops!! An intense bouquet of fresh hops will greet you on the nose followed by the bursting tropical, citrus flavors on your palette. We love hops and we hope you do too!

This big, Americn-style IPA features a light, crisp body. Hopped extensively with Citra and experimental variety 05256.

Hopnotic is an Imperial Red Ale made with 2-row, rye and caramel malts and hopped with 4 varieties of American hops.

The Hopostle is a devout follower of tradition. Brewed in the style of a classic American IPA, this beer’s dry profile helps bring out the citrusy potential of its hops. The absence of heavy malts means the hops make their presence known, but they don’t linger on the palate. And although the color is light, the high ABV betrays the Hopostle’s inner Sinner.

Brewed with Pacific Northwest barley and blended with Columbus, Cascade, Northern Brewer, and Amarillo hops.

The simplicity of Hoppe tests the skill and ability of the brewer to create something truly majestic. We craft this much like a sculptor who uses only a hammer and chisel to shape stone into a masterpiece. Hoppe is spawned of these few essentials: barley, wheat, hops, yeast and water. This limited palette is an exercise in minimalism, with refined elements which are deliberately selected. This simple combination creates a golden shimmering brew infused with delicate aromas. The artful nature of this beer is exposed with the first taste. As the malt and hops create a composition of flavors, an elegant finish leaves an impression that your tastes will not soon forget.

Traditional beer technique in combination with mead makes this the beer lover’s wine. We’ve unleashed Cascade and Chinook Hops on our local wildflower honey. The light honey gets punched up a bit with citrus & pine notes and a slightly bitter finish. Drink by the pint and order your favorite pub fare!

Dry Hopped Apple Cider

American hops dominate this Rye I.P.A, creating an assertive citrus and passion fruit character. An old-world flavor from rye malt adds the perfect compliment to Goose Juice’s big, satisfying hop flavor and aroma. Originally home-brewed by our beloved brewer Goose, its wonderful combination of flavors inspired us to brew this specialty I.P.A.

We had to invent a new style of beer for this collaboration with Troegs. Hoppelbock, a hoppy strong amber lager, makes up our second installment of the Partner Ships series. We crafted this beer with all German hops and a large percentage of locally sourced malt.

This brand new IPA features 3 rare hops that all provide great aromas and flavors. This clean finishing IPA will throw aromas of blueberry, peach, grapefruit, and grapes. The malt is slighty bready and very crisp. We searched high and low for these hops and are proud to share them with you. HOPPELUJAH

An American Brown Ale mixed with citric West Coast hops.

All of the hops for this beer were obtained from Wisconsin, from the Magna Cum Lately straight-A geeks of all things lupine (that means hoppy), Gorst Valley Hops. The trifecta of their 2010 harvest is Nugget, Cascade and Mt. Hood. My goal was to produce a beer with just enough malt to provide structure for the hop heavy recipe without darkening the bright presence of the varieties on display. And indeed, each glass is like a tiny aquarium of Wisconsin hops. No, you can't see bitterness from the Nugget, coupled with the citrus zest of Cascades and the juicy-fruit finish of the Mt. Hood. But every sip is far more pleaseing than the aqua museum that you knew as sea monkeys. That is my bitter promise.

In our never ending quest for tantalizingly delicious hops, we discovered a stash of much sought-after Galaxy hops. This baby has been uniquely brewed to coax out aroma without imparting bitterness--then dry hopped extravagantly for an over-the-top hop experience.
