Don't let the word 'accident' scare you. Intended to be our DIPA, our grain crush wasn't quite right for this one, but the final product was one we didn't want to keep from sharing. With an hop profile of 122 IBU's, it's hoppy, but very smooth. A very nice copper color with a satisfying malt profile.

Hoppy Bear is an IPA (India Pale Ale) with a floral bouquet with citrus accents. It has a malty undertone with a hoppy character for a not too bitter finish.

This northwest IPA is bold and balanced, with a rich malty flavor and a strong hop presence. We use premium 2-Row, Crystal, Munich and Victory malts to create the perfect base for showcasing Yakima-grown Columbus hops. After one sip you’ll agree, this is one hoppy bitch of a beer.

Aggressively hopped brown with a stronger roast barley profile. English base malt combined with oats give this beer a smooth and warming feeling.

The Duck-Rabbit Hoppy Bunny American Black Ale is both intensely hoppy and intensely black! Eight separate hop additions offer delicious bitterness and beguiling hop aroma/flavor. Heavily represented among these hops are Chinook, which provides deep pine and sticky citrus components, and a New Zealand hop called Motueka, from which we get bright fruit and spearmint notes.

Named for mug club member and local jewelry maker, Angie Caldwell. English Maris Otter pale malt, English Crystal malt, and a blend of English and North American hops create this amber, hoppy IPA with just the right balance.

No more sweet sticky Christmas cakes bottled and labeled as normal for the season. Rich and fatty foods want hoppy, bitter and fresh beers! Like this orangy, lemony fresh IPA. We used a load of oranges! 5,9 % alc. gives the beer just the right punch, and the malty backbone mingles well with the aromatic and bitter hops. Dry hopped of course. Hoppy Christmas everyone!

BLACK IPA WITH TOASTED COCONUT Every year the weather changes from warm to cold. Hoppy Coloda is a tribute to this time of year with dark roasty flavors and big tropical hints of coconut.

Hoppy Diver is a Session IPA that was inspired by a trip to the hop harvest in Yakima, Washington. Imagine yourself surrounded by mountains of hops, with an aroma so enticing you feel like diving in and rolling around in all that delicious piney, danky goodness. Well that is what our Head Brewer Brannon Radicke did…he dove right in! On the trip to the hop harvest, we got a chance to try a new experimental hop that has yet to be named. It’s just numbered hop #07270. We were intrigued and just had to try it. Thus our Session IPA was born. Hoppy Diver Session IPA was brewed with only two-row pale malt and the experimental #07270 and Mosaic. Full of herbal and citrusy notes, Hoppy Diver has all the hop flavor you’d want from an IPA but with a lower ABV. So pull a seat at the bar, and enjoy this limited-release beer on draft, and imagine yourself in a mountain of hops!

Hoppy Dreams is our take on the classic American IPA, a delicious blend of pale malts and lots of Northwest hops. This balanced, full bodied IPA is clean, has a strong malt backbone and is slightly sweet. The aroma is deep and inviting featuring the American Northwest hop signature of citrus, floral and pine. The hop flavor is pronounced but not bitter and each sip finishes clean, inviting you back for another.

One year of brutal work and abundant shenanigans is in the books. So, we up sized Hoppy Feet and dry hopped it twice. Th huge, complex flavors and powerful hop and malt aromas make a worthy tribute. Thank you, each one of you, for helping make our dreams real.
