Our Traditional spiced X-mas ale, brewed with Pale, Wheat, Caramalt and Munich malts and hopped with Sterling and Styrian Goldings hop varieties. Spices include Nutmeg, Mace, Cinnamon, Vanilla and Orange Peel.

A collaboration between Breakside’s brewers and the team of Ben Love and Van Havig at Gigantic Brewing. A double IPA featuring nine different American hops. It’s going to be huge.

It takes a person of great and distinguished courage to seek out the hoppiest of beer creations. This inspired IPA gets its ruby red color from plentiful crystal malts, and offers an abundance of hoppiness to those who are brave enough to sample. Be bold, be hoppy, be a hero.

We take our Flagship Pale Ale and amp it up to tropical heavens. That same bready, sweet malt backbone finishes very dry and lets the taste buds get rocked with citrus, mango and papaya notes. The aroma is further pumped through a double dose of dry hops. This is one Tropical, Juicy IPA.

This light bodied cider is our Early Man blend which is a select blend of our early maturing heirloom apples, featuring McIntosh & Gravenstein. While still a dry cider, the Early Man is crisp with a light fruitiness that preserves those last remaining notes of summer. We turn it into the Hoppy Mon by dry hopping it with Cascade and Centennial Hops.

This is our first creation of an emerging new style: An American-Style Belgian Ale. It was brewed with a true Belgian Ale yeast and fermented at a slightly warmer temperature to allow the yeast produce more fruity esters. A very basic malt bill of only 2 row and wheat was used and complimented by an obscene amount of Hersbrucker and Saaz hops. 8.4 % ABV.

To honor of the stoic and solitary men who provide Ireland with its much-needed wooly warmth, we proudly brew Hoppy Shepherd. An uncommonly drinkable IPA made from Admiral, Centennial, Citra and Jester hops with aromas of apricot, grapefruit and tangerine. We find it perfect for stirring conversation from even the most sheepish shepherd.

Sour blonde ale aged in oak barrels and dry-hopped with Citra

Allagash Hoppy Table Beer is inspired by the Belgian tradition of “biere de table” - low ABV, easily drinkable beers brewed for a wide variety of settings. This beer is brewed with our 2-row malt blend, Maris Otter malt, and oats, then lightly spiced with a subtle addition of coriander, and fermented with our house yeast. Hoppy Table Beer is hopped with Chinook, Cascade, Comet, and Azacca hops, and dry hopped with more Comet and Azacca. This straw-colored, light bodied beer has aromas of citrus and grapefruit, flavors of pine and stone fruit, and finishes clean with a slight bitterness.

This IPA is an exciting beer with a floral in aroma and an incredible hop flavor. The maltiness is increased (over a regular pale ale) to help balance the aggressive hop usage. This contributes to the higher alcohol content as well.
