Train your taste buds on this one! We use six varieties of malt in our stout, including boxcar portions of chocolate malt which lends a roasted, mocha flavor to the beer. Rich and robust, Junction City Chocolate Stout is not for the faint of palate.

It’s summertime! While away those long daylight hours and languid southern nights with this hazy, hoppy IPA. Caramalts set a subtly sweet tone for our infusion of five different hops. A unique double dry hop of Mosaic, Simcoe and Chinook renders an unfiltered gem that drinks like a bowl of fresh summer fruit.

PALE WHEAT WITH Jungle Boogie is an American Wheat beer with just enough complex malt character to balance the Mosaic hops and fruity Rooibos tea flavors.

What you have is a glass of pure fruity goodness. Tropical flavors of cantaloup, pineapple, and papaya permeate with subtler notes of peach and diesel. This beer is extremely smooth and deceptive so be warned; the jungle may be beautiful but it is also dangerous.

The India Pale Ale has become a staple in the American craft beer industry. The focal point always needs to be the strong hop presence. We think we have been able to achieve that by using just over two pounds of hops per barrel. We add Chinook, Centennial, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Cascade hops at six different times during the brewing process.

If an IPA and a Pale Ale had a baby Junior would be it. Junior inherits the best qualities of both parents. A heady dose of hops provide an eclectic mix of citrus, tropical and floral aromas, backed by a solid malt backbone. Making for a beer that's freakishly hoppy, yet not too bitter. If you're picky about your pints, this is the beer for you.

This is an IPA, inspired by gin. It is brewed with CITRUSY Amarillo, cascade, and antanem hops plus juniper berries, then ‘dry-hopped’ with JUNIPER and ROSEMARY. By using this combination of hops and juniper we are able to get a beer with similar flavors to a more citrusy GIN.

Sweet flavors of bubble gum married with spicy hints of peppercorn. A great fall session ale, and a perfect match for spicy Chinese or Thai food.

Juniper Pale Ale: the new package for Yellow Snow Ale (winter 2004/2005). While the recipe (a pale ale infused with whole juniper berries) on the label remain the same, the name and label are new for 2005. Juniper Pale Ale is available in the classic 22-ounce bottle and on draft.

A light refreshing ale, this beer is brewed with 2-row American malt, German Hallertau hops and Juniper berries. Prior to the use of hops many cultures; especially Norwegians used Juniper berries or spruce tips to counteract the natural sweetness of beer.

This dark lager emulates a traditional Munich-­style dunkel, however, it has a higher ABV and mo’ body. Subtle notes of cocoa, caramel, and fresh baked bread are highlighted in the flavor and aroma of this clean lager.

This West Coast India Pale Ale is copper in color with slight caramel sweetness and heavy hitting with American hops for flavors of grapefruit and pine and an assertive bitterness.

Pilsen malt, German hops, and lager yeast. Golden color, light in body.

Hoppier, stronger, and bolder brew than our standard IPA. Copper in color with a strong hop finish from Tomahawk and Willamette hops.
