In Denmark we are very fond of Christmas beers. Even the poorest households, had for Christmas brew in a portfolio of stronger species. This was called the Jule Tønden. Putting Jule Tønden into was the name of a particularly good refreshments. Jule Tønden from Aarhus Brewery is a dark special beer brewed from barley malt and sugar, flavored with hops. Can the advantage enjoyed by the heavy Christmas food. Aarhus Brewery Jule Tønden with its 8% alcohol by a heavy case. Used dark-colored malt is roasted in the same way as coffee. This is matched by a strong humling with the finest German aromahumler. Münchenermalt and caramel malt is to give body and fullness, sugar pulls the other way and helps the beer is not too heavy and sticky.
