This is the Second Anniversary Beer for Six Row Brewing Company. We took our Whale, a longtime favorite, and beefed it up into it’s “Killer” status of what essentially amounts to a barley wine equivalent. Deliciously strong, fruity, and floral, this beer is not to be taken lightly.

KilleWitte is a collision of flavors shrouded in smoke. Brewed with a blend of Mosaic and Amarillo hops: and a dose of orange wood and coriander smoked malt from Against The Grain Brewery...Bright, citrus hopped, and soft spicy flavors cut through a haze of delicate smoke like a kilowatt bulb on a dark street lamp in Gary. As light and effervescent as any perfect summer beer, KilleWitte was designed to assault your taste buds like a college age anarchist on an op-ed writing rampage...Wait what did you think it was about? The Vault Series is an extremely rare collection of limited release specialty craft beers that are high ABV of 9% or more and are aged a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks. What happens when you brew a big, bold Imperial IPA with a full kilo of Citra hops per barrel? Throw in a touch of local, Arizona honey for balance…LUDICROUS HAPPENS! This is our strongest beer & the one that takes the most time & energy. Two brews make up the one 1000 litre batch. Fermentation is an extended 3 weeks & then 5 months on conditioning in the cellar. All good things are worth the wait. Dark red, smooth & delicious, this beer goes down like one half its strength. But be careful – it will lift your kilt & kick your butt!

Wee Heavy Ale A malty beer aged on oak, this beer is complex and warm, like a hand made quilt. Two row base malt accentuated with Munich, Crystal 40, Carafa II a touch of Black Patent. Balanced with earthy Fuggle hops. Tasting Notes: Fruit, Ester, Malt, Caramel #kiltspinner .

Our version of a Scotch Ale is made with a portion of peat smoked barley. Very malty, with a subtle smoky finish. Also available in a barrel aged version.

This deep mahogany brew comes through with a big malt bill crafted with peat smoked malt for that touch of the highlands here in the fjords of Poulsbo. Hops: Northern Brewer, Goldings Malt: Pale Malt, Caramel 30, Caramel 60, Carapils, Peated Malt, Black Malt

Cannonball! When its hot this nicely tart lagrrr! infused with hibiscus (and black currants but who's counting) is as refreshing as it gets. Hey, pink has always gone with tan lines.

Kind Ryed IPA is the newest addition to the Otter Creek quiver. This big American IPA is built to accompany the big Eastern Winter. Just like an epic bluebird day follows a snowstorm, a peppery build from the Rye-malt accompanies the glorious hop notes of pine, citrus and fresh grass. The bold Rye-malt backbone warms the soul, whether after a long day on the slopes with your buds, or just sitting in front of the fireplace at home. At 60 IBUs, Kind Ryed uses a combination of Apollo, Simcoe, Chinook and Centennial hops to create a drinkable brew that won’t wipe out your tastebuds. The new look bottle label and packaging artwork goes out-of-bounds and embraces the freeriding spirit of our Brewmaster Mike Gerhart. Perfect for summer, this beer is as cool as the day is long. A refreshing American Wheat with just the right amount of sweetness, aroma and blueberry. For those beer geeks out there, the blueberries are not added to the mash like many “fruit beers.” Rather, we add the organic Oregon blueberry puree to the cold fermenting wheat beer – much like dry-hopping – which gives this beer subtle notes of flavor. Brewed as a traditional German Krystall Weizen popular in Austria and Germany, apparently named for its brilliantly clear appearance, a Krystall Weizen makes a wonderfully refreshing beer for the hot summer days. Kindig Weizen is made with 55% malted wheat and 45% Pilsner malt and an authentic Weizen yeast strain. The unique characters of the yeast produce phenolic and ester notes which give this light straw-colored filtered wheat beer subtle clove and banana flavors.

This version of our wheat beer has Balaton and Montmorency cherries added to each barrel for a second fermentation. The result is a refreshing, sweet yet slightly acidic, tart cherry ale.
