A small batch specialty beer at Flat 12. Kiwi times two due to the presence of NZ hops and Kiwi juice. Pacific Gem hops from New Zealand with the exception of the dry hop which is a light dose of American Citra and NZ Pacific Gem. Flavor notes of tart Kiwi, ripe bananas, citrus and hints of berry. Like a hefe – without the haze.

Brewed with wild local yeast and lactobacillus, aged 8 months on organic SC kiwis, with a blend of white and yellow organic South Carolina peaches added for the final 6 weeks.. A tart and refreshing native beer with a complex fruit profile from the best our state has to offer. Savor the season in a glass.

In honor of Charlotte Klamroth, the oldest living person in Germany at 111 years old, we brew one of the world’s oldest styles of beer, a German Red with ale yeast. Our Altbier is bready and fruity with an assertive hop character.

The helles style of beer, a pale lager, dates back to 1894 and was developed to compete with the pilsner brews of that time. Formulated in Munich, Germany, the new beer became known as ¨straw-blonde” or ”Munich blonde¨, due to its yellow color, and later as the familiar, Munich Helles, named for the city. Our helles from Bad Tom Brewing takes its name from the fictional village of Kloppenburg and draws its inspiration from the historic Mecklenburg Gardens Restaurant and Bier Garten, long a symbol of the Queen City's rich German heritage. Kloppenburg Helles is fermented with ale yeast, at high temperature and employs triple cascade hops to achieve its unique, dry bitterness (24 IBUInternational Bitterness Units). It has a warm honey color and a light white lace with a buttery aroma. Cincinnati returns to its brewing heritage with our Kloppenburg Helles lager -style strong ale.

Klosterbräu precious turbidity is yellow-brown, smooth bitter, unfiltered and therefore cloudy. The pleasant yeasty and the mildness and drinkability round out the flavor. Untreated specialties were already brewing in the Middle Ages monastery breweries and highly valued. Eichhof brewery has discovered this old recipe again.
