Pitch black in body, and defined by aromas of dark chocolate and dark roasted coffee, Kirov exemplifies the Imperial Stout style. Oak-barrel aged for six months, Kirov is an elegant addition to any celebration or cellar collection.

With the development of the production process, the master brewer has always consulted the reliable old recipes. The “Kirta-Halbe” is the only type of beer that can be classified between “March” beer and dark export beer. It is brewed for one of the most important festival days in Bavaria, the “Kirchweih” church fest. The intensive double fermentation process with the mixture of three malts gives the beer a warm, brown color and a well-balanced, full-bodied, solid aromatic malty quality. The salubrious character of Kirta-Halbe is distinguished by a high degree of fermentation, a pleasant sparkle and a distinctly perceptible bitter quality. The Kirta-Halbe comes “premium cloudy” to the bar, which means unfiltered with that full cellar taste.

Kiss was first brewed in 1999 to celebrate the return of Rodin's famous sculpture to Lewes (from where it was commissioned) for a summer-long exhibition. Tasting notes: A Valentine beer brewed with malted barley, pinhead oats and a marriage of English and continental hops. It is the only beer that Harveys produce using oats in the mash, creating a unique mealy character.

Castle Rock brewery has announced plans to celebrate the marriage of HRH Prince William to Kate Middleton in the best way it knows how – by brewing a special real ale. Called Kiss Me Kate, it will be available on draught at Castle Rock and many other local pubs for the full month in the run up to the wedding on Friday 29 April. A limited amount available in bottles for memento collectors and for laying aside to toast future royal events. Castle Rock’s head brewer, Adrian Redgrove, says it will be a great British beer full of British hops and barley. “Kiss Me Kate will be elegant, tasteful and British to the core. It’ll be brewed to 5%, pale in colour and, we’re sure it’ll be the ideal way to toast the couple’s future happiness. We’ll certainly be enjoying it in our celebrations here at the brewery.”

Kiss Off! is a sour cherry saison who would care to be loved, so could it be you? Continuing Strangeways Brewing's foray into sour beers, Kiss Off! is a distinctively mouth puckering libation that utilizes lactobacillus. This sour beer is then aged on sweet cherries for nearly a month to impart a distinctive cherry aroma with a robust cherry flavor. Finally local Virginia wildflower honey is added in secondary fermentation for an additional week of blissful aging. The final product has a sourness that is slightly cloaked by the cherry flavors and is followed by a lingering honey sweetness that cuts pleasantly through the usual dryness of a saison. Kiss Off! will most definitely go down on your permanent record.

As delicate as a kiss, this honey strawberry wine is sweet. The strawberry is ever so lightly represented against the floral flavors from the honey. Chill this mead down for an enjoyable crisp mead that will pair well with a salad or an after dinner treat.

A variation of Mitten's classic Kissing Bandit with the addition of Serrano Peppers

Light-bodied and refreshing, this beer is based on the Cream Ale style… an original American beer modeled after the light lagers of its time. A subtle tartness adds to the crisp finish of the beer and makes for a great summer quencher.

A traditional Milk Stout with additions of milk sugar for added sweetness. We then add cocoa powder and melted Belgian chocolate in the boil and "dry spiced" with an organic coconut flakes after fermentation.
