This summer ale named after one of our favorite local surf reports. Its a big “juicy” golden ale that has been aggressively dry hopped. This beer is unfiltered.

This unique four cereals wheat beer takes its name from the Hamster. A hamster that occurs only in our own South Limburg. The gentle tones of young, white blossom in a refined combination with coriander and orange peel, provide a tantalizing taste experience. The perfect balance of fresh, sweet and sour. Enjoy this delicious summer beer.

This Big Red Ball Homebrew Contest winner by homebrewer Josh Davis is a simple, easy drinking, flavorful summer brew... Perfect for kickball! Cream Ales are an original American style and kind of the redneck cousin of a Kölsch. Flaked corn is used to lighten the body and color traditionally, hence the name. Korn Fed is a little bit of a hybrid using some non-traditional grains to make this lager-like ale. Only one hop addition keeps the bitterness low & orange peel adds a bitter sweet citrus aroma. Then it is dry hopped with lemony-lime Motueka hops from New Zealand to round off the flavor. The Official Beer of the Little Rock Kickball Association!

Golden ale by style. Korruption Kolsch has consistently been the number one ale ordered at the brew pub. This is a pale straw colored beer with very pleasant malted barley flavors. This is not a very bitter beer. Kolsch features just enough hops to balance out the malt flavors. This very easy drinking beer is a great introduction to craft brewed beers for the common domestic beer drinker.

June gloom got you down? We know, life in SoCal can be so hard. Cheer up buttercup, Kolschtal Eddy is here to make it all better. Clear bodied with a straw-yellow hue, this brew is an easy going Dude, but still has a little “hop” in his step. One sip, and you’ll realize life isn’t so bad.

Kosmic Mother Funk is a one-of-a-kind Belgian ale fermented with multiple micro-organisms including Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus and other wild critters found in the environment of our 150 year old brewery. KMF is aged in large oak barrels which impart unique flavors into the KMF as it develops its flavors for over a year. Wild yeast and different bacteria in the tuns impart unique spicy, fruity, and bright tart characters to the beer. The porous character of the oak also allows air to slowly seep into the beer during aging and this long slow micro-oxidation through the wood smooths out harsh flavors.
