This beer is defined by its pronounced hop bitterness, flavor and aroma. It has a solid malt backbone that works with the citrusy American hops. The hop bouquet resonates like flavors of tangerine and ruby red grapefruit. The mouth feel is crisp and dry leaving a balance of bitterness and rich malt on the palate. It is golden honey in color.

Session Harvest IPA

This American Sour Blonde was created using Dried Wintergreen and Key Lime Juice. It pours a vibrant golden color with a medium white head. Aromas of mint, spices and citrus fruit come through on the nose. The flavor profile is quite tart up front with an underlying sweetness and notes of fresh lime zest in the finish.

Only 120 precious barrels were brewed, adding more than half a ton of extra malt and twice the amount of Amarillo hops, so prepare your self for a full sensory explosion. The double dry-hop addition elevates the grapefruit-like aroma and flavor to an outrageous intensity, while the added malt raises the alcohol level from 7% all the way to 10% by volume.

This rich Dubbel has a large infusion of Mulato, Pasilla and Morita chili's, and flavored with whole tamarind, cocoa nibs and Hoja Santa leaves. Notes of smoke, chocolate, licorice, cherry, tobacco, spice and a tickle of lingering heat.

Mole (pronounced moh-lay) is a traditional Mexican sauce made with a variety of dried chiles and chocolate, flavors that beg to be paired with our seductive señorita. So we combine ancho, pasilla, guajillo, and chipotle peppers for spice; add 100% pure cacao; and toss in cinnamon for a bold, festive spin on our cerveza deliciosa.

A smooth American Stout coming in at 6.0% alcohol. Mashed at higher temperatures to provide a fuller body and mouthfeel. Chocolate malt and roasted barley impart a delicious roasted flavor with hints of coffee.

One step above our pale ale in both alcohol content and hoppiness, our Independence IPA is a celebration of freedom and the wonderful hop plant. Clocking in at 6.5% alcohol and 65 IBU’s, our IPA has 3 hop additions during the boil, followed by a hop back treatment and a dry hop addition to finish things off. California Ale yeast is used to accentuate our all American blend of Nugget and Cascade hops.

A balanced blend of hop character and slight maltiness, our Patriot Pale Ale is a 5% alcohol American style Pale Ale. With mild hop bitterness and delicious hop aroma, this brew is a great introduction for those just discovering the wonderful world of hops. And for those of us who already have an appreciation for hops, the balance of maltiness, bitterness, hop flavor and aroma is sure to please.

The Redcoats may have been our enemies in the past, but they sure did know how to brew a beer. We’ve let bygones be bygones and taken a traditional English style and made it our own. The name Extra Special Bitter is a bit misleading as this brew derives its ‘bitterness’ from the grain rather than the hops. Our generous addition of Melanoidin malt provides its deep red color and a unique malty finish.

Molly's Lips is a not so traditional take on a beer that has been brewed for over a thousand years. Hailing from Goslar Germany, Gose by nature is tart with a touch of salinity. Our take on this one includes a fair amount of black malts and a hint of orange blossom, contributing floral aromas with a nice roasty finish. One sip will leave you wanting to kis kis Molly's Lips.

This delicious Milk Stout is brewed with a portion of golden naked oats and lactose milk sugar to give it a rounded and full-bodied mouth feel, deep-roasted and slightly sweet maltiness.
