Back in the days, only uncomplicated and tasteless beers excited and people started feeling bored before happy hour was up. Molotov Lite is a understated tour de force in rebellious hoppiness, it’s a subtle spark for action and yet by far one of the most anti-authoritative beers ever made by Evil Twin Brewing.

This is Hop Lava's bigger, meaner cousin -- a radiant orange-hued beer featuring more than six pounds of hops per barrel. The out-of-control hopping is barely balanced by a tight malt backbone and noticable alcohol notes. We used our Kolsch yeast on this one, which gives it a different type of fruitiness than the Belgian ale yeast used in Hop Lava.

The 2012 harvest on our Mom & Pop’s farm was fruitful and this brew uses 100 fresh pumpkins and 40 organic squash. We prepared, cooked, and pureed all the gourds with the help of our friends at Carrie Anne’s Modern Diner. A blend of autumn spices adds to the intense pumpkin flavors. Uses locally grown Triticale from MA.

Half-e-Weizen (formerly Mo Ale), was inspired by, and dedicated to, Mo and Dutch Niemi, real people inspiring a real product. Mo was a restaurateur and raconteur whose clam chowder is world-famous; Dutch a leader by example for coastal fisherman. Together their spirit indelibly shapes the daily lives of the Newport, OR waterfront. Half-e-Weizen is a refreshing, unfiltered fusion of wheat and Northwest Harrington malts, coriander, ginger, and Saaz hops in the Belgium style. Half-e-Weizen is available in the classic 22-ounce bottle and on draft.

He Doesn’t Have To Love You! A black beer with a dense off-white head. Toppling 100 IBU’s it packs a bitter punch that carries through the malt and high gravity to leave you with a touch of bitterness in the finish. Released the first week of February.

Mangos grown in a secret location in Pinedale are infused into our Weiss beer, making a very refreshing, surprisingly fruity wheat ale.
