Moose Tracks is a hazelnut espresso stout A beautiful stout with a knockout aroma! Moose Tracks was brewed with a custom roast of coffee beans from the Saskatoon Broadway Roastery. We added 9 Kilos of this excellent coffee to bring out as much aroma and flavor as possible. Roasty chocolate and hazelnut notes balances out the bitterness and acidity of the coffee flavor. This roasty beer is not just 7.5% but also contains caffeine, so drink responsibly and have a great time!

Juice, son. This beer’s got it - and then some. As you might know, we’re all about bold flavors here at Funky Buddha Brewery. So when we say we put “loads of blood orange juice” in our delectable More Moro Blood Orange IPA, what we mean precisely is that we infuse an already citrusy, hop-forward IPA with enough real blood orange juice to eliminate scurvy in a small country. The end result is More Moro (a Moro, by the way, being an American varietal of blood orange that has deep, crimson red flesh and an intense citrus flavor). Expect an overload of ripe, fresh citrus on the nose. The flavor is deeply citrusy and fruity, with notes of pineapple and tangerine. A sticky, caramel-laden malt body compliments the fleshy fruit, followed by a long, grapefruit-inflected hop finish. We suggest you store this bottle cold, and drink it fresh.

In developing our Peach Golden Ale, we salute Dr. Morgan’s leadership by adding Colorado peaches to the beer that delivers a refreshing reminder of Colorado’s summer agricultural bounty. Fresh peach aromas waft from the bright, white foam head and take you directly over to the Western slope orchards of Colorado. A light, biscuity malt base provides flavors that meld with the rich sweet and tart fruity notes as the beer dances brightly over your tongue. Slight hop character provides the balance we strive for in every H&D ale and serves as a sharp reminder that this is definitely a beer, not a juice. The finish gives another slight citrus kiss from the hops that fades quickly, inviting another sip.

Imperial Pilsner, part of the Morimoto Signature Series, was launched in September 2003. The beer was selected by internationally acclaimed Chef Masaharu Morimoto--a James Beard awarded chef and one of the stars of the Food Network series, Iron Chef. Brewed with four ingredients: 100% French Pilsner Malt, 100% Sterling Hops, Free Range Coastal Water and Czech Pilsner Yeast. Imperial Pilsner is golden in color with a dry hop floral aroma and intense hop bitterness supported by a big malty backbone. How do you like your coffee? Try our delicious coffee stout and you'll never want your low-fat vanilla cream latte again. This might not contain a wonderful design in the foam, but it certainly will satisfy your need for a late evening coffee pick-me-up.

A favorite morning stop of ours since we moved into the neighborhood a few years ago is Rook Coffee Roasters of Monmouth County; conveniently located just around the corner from the brewery. They roast and brew their coffees with the same dedication to quality and craftsmanship that we focus on here at Kane. We couldn’t think of a better group of like minded people to work with on a collaborative project. The result is Morning Bell, our imperial milk porter brewed with their dark roast Sumatra coffee. We added a healthy amount of milk sugar to an already complex, dark malt bill to sweeten and balance the bold flavors and roasty bitterness of the coffee. The result of this collaboration is a full bodied porter with big bold flavors and remarkable smoothness.

Morning Dew is a refreshing take on Belgian Golden ale. It is brewed with a complex blend of malted and unmalted grain, including Rye Wheat, Buckwheat and flaked Barley. It has a medium body, smooth and round with a long lingering white head. Morning Dew is lightly bittered with German Hallertauer hops and infused with a touch of elderflower, then extensively dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin. This provides a beautiful balance of floral and fruit aromatics, followed by hints of spicy grain. The flavor is more fruit with cereal grain and spicy Belgian yeast character, with a juicy bright finish.

A fall seasonal brewed with 300 pounds of sweet potatoes, allspice, nutmeg, whole vanilla beans, and aged on whiskey infused pecan wood chips.
