Are you ready for some Morning NoDaVation? The 4th beer in our NoDable Series is a breakfast stout worth waking up for. An easy drinking stout with dark malts and chocolaty character infused with Costa Rican and Sumatran coffee blends cold pressed for us right down the road at Smelly Cat. Adding to the mouth-feel and backbone of the flavor is a heaping portion of oatmeal.

After the long, difficult process of lautering our Double Rye Wit, we decided to let the mash sit overnight—a veritable sour mash—and brew our second runnings experiment the following day. The result is a highly quaffable beer with a refreshingly tart acidity. The addition of coriander to the finish and low bitterness make Morning Wit pop on the palate—try it with the addition of Raspberry or Sour Cherry syrup a la Berliner Weiss, or drink it on its own to experience the full pleasure of this new addition to our lineup.

Barrel-Aged, Imperial Maple Bacon Coffee Porter What's better than beer for breakfast? How about a little Morning Wood. This Imperial version of Maple Bacon Coffee Porter is aged in Bourbon barrels for months, lending smoothness to the smokey, salty, rich combo of maple syrup, fresh roasted coffee, and bacon.

American wheat ale, medium bodied with notes or citrus and low hop bitterness. Rounds out with a clean crisp finish

A malty, dark ale with a complex and roasty character. Hops are present but not too forward and a fine, lasting head sticks around thanks to the addition of roasted wheat used in the brew. A perfect fall brew for the warm days and cool nights.

This hop-less "gruit" style beer uses yerba mate, hibiscus, and bay leaf for wine-like fruit and berry notes with a tart, refreshing finish. (As much caffeine as half a cup of coffee.)

The Mos Eisley Cantina serves frothy libations to all manner of crooks, bounty hunters, Sith, and Jedi alike. Money is the only thing that matters here... Mos Eisley Brown Ale is a traditional brown ale, inspired by the barren expanses of Tatooine. Brewed with a careful blend of roasted and caramel malts, it seeks to quench the thirsts of those who live in the shadows. English yeast and hops provide an eclectic flavor profile, while letting the dark flavors of the malt peek out from within. An easy drinking, yet flavorful ale, that will quench the thirst of the Galaxies' dark underbelly.

Like a fine piece of art, “Mosaic” Red Rye IPA is masterfully created by using 100% Mosaic™ hops throughout the brew. With its aesthetically pleasing ruby red color and spatial depth from the rye malt, this hand crafted masterpiece leaves your palate’s canvas open to interpretation.

Dry hopped pale ale with an ebullient grapefruit blossom and mandarin orange bouquet.

Medium hop bitterness with intense hop flavor and aroma. Complimented by fruity, floral, and citrus American Mosaic Hops.

Mosaic (also known as HBC 369 and "Daughter of Simcoe") is the latest hop variety from Select Botanicals and Hop Breeding Company in Washington. The wide range of fruity and floral characteristics have made this hop very popular since its release in 2012. Many describe Mosaic as having a distinct blueberry flavor in addition to mango, apricot, and pineapple. The beer was brewed as a double india pale lager. The lager yeast creates a delicate mouthfeel to help accentuate the flavors of Mosaic.
