ReAle

Inspired by traditional India Pale Ales, best known for their generous hopping, ReAle is customized with American aroma hops. In the glass it's amber, the predominating notes are citrusy (grapefruit and oranges) and peppery. The carbonation is low, keeping the beer true to its style, the body is medium with a long finish. Has an intense and persisting bitter ending.

ReAle 8th Anniversario

A celebrative version of our Classic ReAle; we brew it every year for the brewery's birthday. Every year a different recipe (yet on the same style), different hops, different brewing tecniques. Every year we try to surprise the ones who love our most famous beer and its hoppy carachter: it is a “variations on a theme” where we paly with our fantasy and your tastebuds, to celebrate with style. Happy birthday BdB!

ReAle Extra

A derivative of our regular ReAle, the hops are varied especially in quantity: a huge amount is added in a different technique. All the hops are added during the last 10 minutes of the boil, using 3 times more than regular ReAle. The result is an explosion of perfumes, in a range from citrusy to resiny (pine resin and incense). The mouth feel is dry, with immediate bitterness, then it finishes with a beautiful, persistent tangerine note.

ReAle in Kilt

Brewdog and Birra del Borgo join for the first step of our new project “What if Reale was born in...?”. How would have our first beer tasted if it was born elsewhere? We try to imagine it by changing ingredients and techniques but always respecting its core origin. Let's start form Scotland using peated malts, Scottish yeast and wood fermentation. The result is extremely interesting: more alcoholic and rounder than its “older sister”, it will seduce you with its peated and sligthly smoked bouquet and its velvet body.

Really Old Brown Dog Ale

Old Ale (also known as “Stock” Ale), is a full-bodied beer with high levels of dextrins. In times past, this beer was typically laid up to mature, hence the name. The color varies from rich, dark amber to a very dark brown. This style features fruity, vinuous & deep, malty flavors, giving it an almost port-like qualities. Sight acidity is not uncommon. Olive, iconic mascot & spirit guide of our brewery, first appeared on our Old Brown Dog label in 1994 & returned, thirteen years later, to pose for our Really Old Brown Dog, a luscious, malt-rich, full bodied “old ale” featuring deep notes of complex fruit. Much like our beloved Olive, this beer will mellow & age gracefully.

Rebel Cascade IPA

This brew is the result of our own exploration of Cascade, the signature hop found in American Pale Ales and IPAs early on in the Craft movement. We returned to the US grown variety and found its confident expression voice – unabashed grapefruit rind aroma, piney resinous spice, and a hint of earthiness for a firm and striking hop character. Only available in Rebel Variety Pack. Reboot White I.P.A.

This re-release of our 2011 Collaborations Series No. 2 White IPA brings back the unique marriage of a classic Belgian wittier to an American IPA. We enjoyed the experience so much the first time around that we happily pressed Control+C (Command+C for Mac), and Reboot was born. Version 2.0 has upgraded its spicy aroma, with hints of bubblegum and clove. Bold flavors will launch upon uncorking, as sage and lemongrass balance the tangy, zesty wheat malt profile. Rather than merely blending a wittier with an IPA, Reboot harmonizes distinctly fruity Belgian yeast overtones with big, fruity American hop notes by creating an herbal bridge between these two somewhat contradictory flavors. The beer's complexity os supported by a spritzy effervescence, finishing dry, with lingering hop notes.
