A ridiculous rampage of ruthless rowdy hops in a rebellious rusty red ale.

Our red ale comes on tap just in time for the seasons. Red Eye's Simcoe, Mosaic, and Chinook hop additions, give a woody like profile to the roasty, chocolaty, biscuity malt flavors from Chocolate and Extra Dark Crystal malts. Pairs best with cold mornings.

The inspiration for this beer is derived from the old Dunkelweizen style of South Germany. It is a red wheat beer with slight caramel and raisin tones. While a traditionally bitter beer, the Pure Order brewing team’s western influence has made it a perfect brew for the warm Santa Barbara sun. Contrary to what you may think, the name Red Eye Wheat is a reference to the flight you might take to the German home of this beer’s style rather than the state of your eyes after a couple Pure Order cold ones. In keeping with that theme, the label itself is a tribute to the famously convenient and uniquely styled Santa Barbara Airport.

This rich amber lager has a smooth malty flavor, and finishes refreshingly clean with balanced hop notes. We lagered this brew for 60 days, spending 4 weeks at 28 degrees Fahrenheit.

A double IPA bringing out the monster hop aromas and flavors San Diego is known for while still maintaining drinkability so you can have a second!

Taking its bitterness to such a height only sailors and miners funds can drink. Or the severely burnées. 7.7° in order to weather the storm. Very round, framed as a Dreadnought Siege, it has a coppery blond color. This is a triple fermentation, so do not hesitate to forget in the cellar, in six months it will be even better!

Our sun will be a Red Giant in 5 billion years, this beer is a Red Giant now. Brewed with rich, light and dark caramel malts and a full dose of American hops, it finishes with dry hop and toffee flavors.

An amber ale with origins in the German alt style, but with a twist. It follows Reinheitsgebot (German Purity Law saying beer can only have water, barley, hops and yeast) until we added a little chicory. "Alt" is German for "old." This is a malty beer with a bit of hops at the end to give it balance. Pairs well with roast beef, chicken or lamb.

The story of the Red Headed Step Child varies. Known for being a troublemaker and free spirit the Red Headed Step Child is his own person. We have brewed an Irish Red styled beer that is incredibly smooth and full bodied. Just like the character the beer does not yield to tradition. It's just good.

This classic fruit beer features strawberries grown right here in Blue Ridge, at our own Mercier Orchards. It's s a perfect summer celebration in a glass, but hurry: it's made in EXTREMELY SMALL quantities, so try it before it’s gone. Available June - July

A full-bodied deep amber ale with an emphasis on malt flavor. Munich and crystal malts contribute greatly to the complex character found in this fine ale.

Fall is here and with it our seasonal ale, Red Hoptober. Shining like autumn leaves in a globe glass this beer pours a dark and lovely garnet as it builds a bright, inviting head. The Eldorado hops are bold and present with a distinct, piney flavor while the caramel malt and roasted barley provide a backbone to stand Red Hoptober upright. Centennial and Cascade hops offer hints of citrus, tickling the nose, while the tongue carries a subtle, roasty tone that pairs pleasantly with the warming bite of bitter. Red Hoptober is perfect for shortening days and campfire nights.

Red Hot Iron "is a cinnamon-charged 7.2 percent, alcohol by volume, lager that sets fire to the mouth as the hint of apple extinguishes the flame."
