A classic American-style Pale Ale, with medium body and a slight caramel sweetness. Medium hop bitterness is perfectly balanced by the citrus like flavor and aroma of the Cascades and Crystal hops. This lovely, amber colored beer is natural for pairing with spicy foods.

Red Caboose is a medium-bodied Amber Ale, brewed with all English ingredients. English caramel malts add to the color and flavor as the English hops round out this rich, malty ale.

“The Irish Red with a Northwest accent.” OG 13.6° Plato ABV 5.5% IBU 25 Red Cap Red is lead brewer Tom Eastood’s Northwest twist on an Irish Red Ale. A combination of stewed crystal malts and roasted barley gives Red Cap its distinctive garnet color and light tan head. The aroma is malty sweet with a light hint of Northwest hops. The flavor is primarily toffee-like malt with a crisp hop balance and slightly dry finish from the roasted barley. Red Cap is a versatile beer that pairs well with a variety of foods. The caramel flavors from crystal malt would nicely complement a well-seared steak or burger or even blackened salmon. The smooth, crisp finish make it a natural with pizza. The malty sweetness can ease fiery Mexican or Asian dishes. Try Red Cap with sharp cheeses, fruits and nuts. Irish Red Ales originated in the town of Kilkenny in 1710 as an offshoot of the English Pale Ales of the day. The addition of roasted barley gave the beer a darker color and drier finish than its English counterparts. The style never caught on much in Ireland, being overshadowed by Stouts, and Lagers, but became popular in the U.S. thanks to marketing by major macro-breweries.

As a debut Northwest Pale Ale, it's an adventure all its own. It has a plush body with satiny caramel flavors derived from seven varieties of malt. Yet, despite it all, it remains a hop-forward ale with that distinctive citrusy punch. Just minus any mouth-puckering bitterness.

Traditionally, Russian Imperial Stouts are known for their malt complexities that can take on slight burnt tones reminiscent of black coffee. With Red Dawn, brewers wanted to ​go to the extreme with the roast profile, the company said, and added ample amounts of Canada Pale and Castle Special B Malt.

This highly individualistic Red Saison is the quintessential artisanal brew. Its unique red colour leads to a surprisingly dry finish. French for "season", Saisons were originally brewed during the cooler temperatures from autumn to early spring in order to be ready for the scorching heat of summer. Saisons offer the perfect dual personality: crisp enough to take on a major thirst but tough enough to fight off spoilage.

mperial Red Ale is brewed with 10 different malts, 4 different hops, and dry-hopped with some of those hops to give our beer that profound hop profile that doesn't get overwhelmed by the big malty body of this big beer. The malt and hop aromas that you initially perceive, are balanced and complimentary. Caramely, toffee, hints of chocolate, dates, are followed by the fruity, citrusy hop flavors, that make this beer very enjoyable now, and will allow this brew to age and develop into smooth, very malty beer within a year of proper storage.
