Red IPA

Like most American craft breweries, we believe that you can never have too many hoppy beers. Our Red IPA has a complex hop aroma and uses a healthy dose of British crystal malts as well as a sacrificial handful of chocolate malt, giving it a reddish color and malty foundation to balance out the seven different hop varieties used.

Red Light Distict

RLD completes the trifecta of our foray into the dry Trappist yeast. The brew’s reddish color is derived from addition of roasted caramel malts and its alcohol sweetness from the late addition of 200 lbs of wildflower honey. This is the strongest of the three beers and the honey sweetness lingers more than its nipelly cousin, giving more depth and some fig fruitiness. Should you try all three beers of the series late in the evening, you may find yourself window shopping down the wrong street in Amsterdam.
