Victory Brewing Company is known for melding traditional styles and unique concepts to produce the highest quality, full flavored beers. Red Thunder does just that. By aging their popular Baltic Thunder in once-used red wine barrels from Wente Vineyards, Victory Brewing Company created Red Thunder. The burnished cocoa creaminess of the Baltic-style porter is accented by the tannic dryness of the wood to produce a rich, fruity final product.

As the summer comes to a close this time of year, we find ourselves scrambling to soak in as much sunlight before the fall season hits us. With fall on the way we are starting to see weather and the desire for beers with more of a prominent malt characteristic. But with summer still lingering and hoppy beers being so delicious to drink while you are in the sun, The Red Tide is the perfect beer to start getting ready for the fall. With over 100 IBU’s and a strong malt taste, this ale is a great way to start to welcome the new season. With Centennial hops providing a great citrus and floral bitterness and the Amarillo hops contributing to the pleasant aroma, the Red Tide is perfect for enjoying while you are outside loving the sun

Red Velvet Ale is Rochester Mills’ Winter Seasonal offering for 2016 – A decadently dark ale with the rich velvety chocolate notes reminiscent of the popular dessert.

Draft Line Brewing’s version of good lovin’ in a glass. Red Velvet Chocolate Cherry Stout is a sweet, dark, viscous pint of “lets go back to my place”. Brewed with plenty of dark, roasty malts, cocoa nibs and cherries, RVCCS sweet talks you with the subtle chocolate flavor of red velvet cake with hints of chocolate covered cherries. Don’t drink this alone, if you know what we mean.

Looking to score brownie points with the Missus? No need for diamonds and bedazzle. With a few bottles of Red Velvet and some dimmed lights, you're in for a lot of "oo-la-la" and a happy ending. Hint of cherries intermingling with a malt-forward, dark chocolate explosion. Finishing dry and savory, this beer is best enjoyed slightly chilled.

Like many of our beers, Red Wheelbarrow (which started out as a pilot batch brewed by Brewer Dan Roberts) doesn’t fit neatly into a style category — think of it as a stronger, more hop-forward interpretation of a traditional red ale. Red Wheelbarrow is not, however, a “red IPA” — there is robust malt character (think raisin and fig) on both the nose and palate that temper the abundant hop presence (think citrus fruit). I was an English major in college and was introduced to the poetry of William Carlos Williams in a creative writing class. This beer is dedicated to him and his simple, beautiful style. Goodwood Red Wine Barrel Saison is aged in a variety of wine casks, adding distinct and changing variances to each batch. This beer for all saisons is enchantingly complex with notes of toasted oak, subtle fruit, barley and, of course, red wine – a truly one-of-a-kind taste experience that will turn your expectations sideways.

Lightly hopped, it highlights the caramel malts used in the brewing process.

This wheat ale is made with "Red Winter Wheat" where as most wheat beers are made using white wheat. Red wheat lends a slightly different sweetness and color. Along with some specialty malts and German style hops for flavor and aroma combined with low-medium bitterness gives out wheat offering some distinctive flavors.

Deep red hue comprised of generous amounts of Munich and CaraRed malts. Malt is on forefront; reminiscent of English Breakfast Tea. Hops dominate nose with aroma of mango and pineapple due to a healthy Simcoe dry hop.
