A full flavored, but low alcohol version of a west-coast IPA

We made it! And to commemorate our one year anniversary we brewed this amazing session IPA. Mashed with Pale malt, Munich malt, and a respectable amount of Flaked Oats and Flaked Wheat. This session sits at 4.9% a.b.v. and is packed with so much hop flavor it's hard to believe it only has 50 IBU's. If you couldn't tell just by tasting it, we used very specific amounts of Chinook, Centennial, Citra and Mosaic hops. This is a one off beer and will not be produced again...or until we can find more Citra and Mosaic hops. Let us know if you have some and drink it while it lasts. Cheers!

The transatlantic influence of American brewing inspired us to make a clean and sessionable IPA style beer. We've used East Coast attitude to deliver a powerful aroma of Crystal, Centennial & Cascade hops then added a refreshing dry finish.

Light golden in color and pours with a dense white head. This beer showcases an abundant tropical fruit and citrus hop aroma due to an intense dry hopping schedule using copious amounts of American hops. A balanced malt profile rounds out these accentuated hoppy flavors and light bitterness to finish with a clean, hop bursted presence. This porter is rich and dark with chocolate and black currant overtones. Its slightly lower alcohol content reveals great subtlety of flavor and makes this a very approachable beer.

A traditional Belgian table beer. Light yeast driven notes of orange and clove. Quaffable, easy drinking and refreshing, this style is perfect for hot days in Southern Cali.

This series of beers will be evolving but there will be one constant - they will all be session beers. These sour ales will range from slightly tart to moderately sour and funky. This series will be based on three standard grain bills, ranging from blond to amber and dark on the opposite end of the spectrum.

Our Sessions IPA is a smooth golden ale packed with the bold flavor and aroma of American hops. We crafted it in the spirit of the low gravity IPAs common in the UK where the style stands for hoppy, not heavy. India Pale Ales (IPAs) were first brewed in England during the late 1700s for export overseas to British soldiers in India. To keep their beer from spoiling during the long voyage, English brewers fortified their traditional pale ale recipes with hops as a natural preservative. Today, the term IPA is used for many full flavored beers along a wide array of recipes.
