A bitter beer, with a classic, bright citrusy aroma. This beer uses a combination of two hops: Columbus for a bitter base, then Cascade, a citrusy hop, added throughout the boil to preserve its flavor and aroma.

Our first session offering combines lower-than-average alcohol with higher-than-average hoppiness. Aggressively hopped with Simcoe, Ella and Mosaic hops for zesty, fruit-like aromas and just light-bodied enough for a nice, dry finish.

I took an IPA recipe and scaled it down to drop the alcohol percentage. All the bitterness, flavor and aroma of a bigger IPA but you can drink more than 1. Some like this one, some don't. Loaded with citrusy grapefruit flavor and copiously dry-hopped.

Session IPA

With the bitterness and hop character of an IPA, the Session IPA gives back with a lower ABV closer to that of a Pale Ale. While most Session- able IPA’s are often light- bodied and watery, we firm this one with Crystal Malt. For those days when one or two pints just doesn’t satisfy, consider this.

Session IPA

We made it! And to commemorate our one year anniversary we brewed this amazing session IPA. Mashed with Pale malt, Munich malt, and a respectable amount of Flaked Oats and Flaked Wheat. This session sits at 4.9% a.b.v. and is packed with so much hop flavor it's hard to believe it only has 50 IBU's. If you couldn't tell just by tasting it, we used very specific amounts of Chinook, Centennial, Citra and Mosaic hops. This is a one off beer and will not be produced again...or until we can find more Citra and Mosaic hops. Let us know if you have some and drink it while it lasts. Cheers!

Session IPA

Light golden in color and pours with a dense white head. This beer showcases an abundant tropical fruit and citrus hop aroma due to an intense dry hopping schedule using copious amounts of American hops. A balanced malt profile rounds out these accentuated hoppy flavors and light bitterness to finish with a clean, hop bursted presence. Light in body, low inalcohol and BIG in flavor make this a true session beer!

Session IPA

IPA’s are insanely popular these days. But let’s face it, sometimes it feels like there’s a hops arms race going on. That’s why we came up with Session IPA. It’s a Premium Pale Ale that thinks for itself. Session IPA pours a deep gold color with aromas of orange and spice that lead to a light malty body with a crisp hoppy finish. Not too hoppy. Not too bitter. Not too malty. Just right.

Session IPA (Sorta IPA)

The Cuban Missile Crisis, the Space Race, Baseball’s Homerun Race of ’98. Let’s face it, Americans are no stranger to an arms race. Enter, craft beer. Breweries everywhere are dumping hops in by the pound and ramping up alcohol content, leaving dedicated hophead tailgaters with few choices for responsible drinking. We bring you the session-style India Pale Ale. Session-style means moderate alcohol content. This is your chance to enjoy a full flavor, aggressively hopped IPA – without melting your face off. Handcrafted with Cascade and Magnum hops, this IPA is influenced by IPA City, USA (San Diego) and perfected for tailgaters around the world. Grab this bouquet of liquid hopped glory and enjoy full flavored drinking, not sipping. (AKA Sorta IPA - 4.7% ABV, 44 IBU)

Session Sour Series

This series of beers will be evolving but there will be one constant - they will all be session beers. These sour ales will range from slightly tart to moderately sour and funky. This series will be based on three standard grain bills, ranging from blond to amber and dark on the opposite end of the spectrum.

Session Stout

This stout is made with Black Pearl Malt from Patagonia Malting in Chile. The grain was dehusked before roasting to provide a silky chocolate flavor instead of the coffee and roasted notes you usually get from a dark roasted grain. Flaked Barley and rolled oats were added to smooth out this stout making it very, very drinkable.

Given Session's immense appeal, we've expanded our year-round lineup to include Session Wheat, a premium American-style Hefeweizen. It's medium-bodied featuring aromas of malted wheat with a citrusy hop finish. Those imminently sippable, fresh, cool, and lighter tasting beers are not always available at your favorite craft beer tap. Enter Sessionista.

Sessions IPA

Our Sessions IPA is a smooth golden ale packed with the bold flavor and aroma of American hops. We crafted it in the spirit of the low gravity IPAs common in the UK where the style stands for hoppy, not heavy. India Pale Ales (IPAs) were first brewed in England during the late 1700s for export overseas to British soldiers in India. To keep their beer from spoiling during the long voyage, English brewers fortified their traditional pale ale recipes with hops as a natural preservative. Today, the term IPA is used for many full flavored beers along a wide array of recipes.
