Pumpkin Ale

Shamus is our take on a classic oatmeal stout. Dark color and a creamy head meet the eye. Initial taste greets your mouth with a full body and silky smoothness until the roast malts shine through. Coffee kiln malt adds a hint of coffee flavor which increases drinkability. Shamus is an easy drinking stout for the seasoned aficionado and dark-beer newbie alike. Born on the 4th of July, 2013, this was the first beer ever made at the brewery!

A refreshing shandy infused with lemon, balancing citrus flavors and aromas with a toasty wheat malt finish.

Limited Release Lemonade Shandy

This 8% Belgian ale was brewed with a special blend of peppercorns, ginger and dry hopped with green tea.

Shannon Winter Stout is a rich, lightly spiced, chocolate & honey stout — dark, aromatic and perfectly balanced. Our winter stout is brewed to have a slightly sweet first taste and a complex rewarding finish. We blend dark crystal malts, chocolate malts, roasted barley and honey malts, with light spices and Texas honey to create this complex and rewarding stout. Our fire-brewed process delicately caramelizes the sugars in this dark beer and accentuates its naturally malty flavor. The addition of orange peel in our hop back provides a delicate orange aroma without imparting any bitterness. This winter treat is only available for a couple months, usually December-January.

Throughout the area, you�ll find armies of fisherman, clad in blaze orange parkas and snowmobile suits, dragging their crudely built ice shanties onto the frozen lakes. While they vary in size, shape and color, each shanty contains an enthusiast braving the cold; spinning their tall tales; staring deeply into that hole in the ice; and, of course, enjoying a Legendary Wisconsin Beer. Brewed in the fall to help you survive our Wisconsin winters. Shantytown Doppelbock is brewed in the style of a German Doppelbock. Brown in color with malty sweetness and a full body.

This beer was inspired by a week of shark fishing off St. Helena Island, SC. This is a clean, well-attenuated, flavorful American lawnmower beer flavored with Chinook & Centennial Hops.

Dark Amber Ale

Sharkinator is the hip brother of Great White. Well, maybe hop brother would be a better description. Sharkinator is our Great White taken to the next level by dry hopping it with Cascade, Crystal, Chinook and Citra hops, providing a wonderful citrus aroma and refreshing hoppy flavor. This is a Session IPA, grab some friends and drink all you want, we'll make more!

We have created a beer that is full of dark malts and rich in flavor with just a hint of Anaheim and Jalapeno chilies to give it a mild spiciness and peppery nose. Sharktooth is a sweet stout brewed with local chilies that were roasted, peeled and seeded and added to the boil kettle to create just enough chili presence that won’t be overwhelming. So, why did we name it Sharktooth? Well, because between 1971 and 1986, you could go a few miles east of town to Sharktooth ski area – the Northern Colorado local ski hill. For more info go to:
