Heavily soured with lactobacillus and finished with Saison yeast, this beer is light, easy-drinking and nicely tart. The addition of heaps of purple plum give this beer an amazing rich pink color and vibrant fruit flavor.

Brewed by Casey Conley as part of the Perrin Brewer Series, Redbeard’s Ryevenge is a riddle wrapped in a mystery wrapped in an enigma. Is it a rye beer? Is it a Brett beer? Is it an IPA? The answer is...it is ALL THREE!!! Rye was only 7.5% of the grain bill so you get a subtle spiciness and dry finish. This beer was hopped with over 75lbs of Amarillo, Ella and Motueka hops. Fermented using Brett Trois yeast which offers nice tropical phenols and a slight funk. Olive oil was used in the whirlpool to produce oleic acid, which is normally produced by yeast synthesizing oxygen. Essentially, skipping the “middle man” of aerating the wort. Expect this beer to have a considerable amount of tropical and citrus flavor and aroma. Sláinte

Double Dry Hopped Oat IPA Green Hit is our newest hazy hop delivery vehicle designed to give you the freshest hit of hops possible. A blend of Maris Otter, 2-row, Munich, and CaraVienne malts give the beer it's deep orange color and candy-like sweetness, while wheat and flaked oats produce a full body and soft mouthfeel. Over 4 lbs. per barrel of Simcoe, Citra, and Ekuanot hops were used in the whirlpool and double dry hop additions for a hop character full of tropical fruit, citrus, and piney resin. Served unfiltered and super fresh for a freshy green hit to your taste buds.

High Weyer is a 9.3% ABV Double IPA hopped with Idaho 7 and Simcoe hops giving this brew tropical fruit, pineapple and pine notes. An intensely hoppy pale ale with minimal malt character, designed to showcase its strong hop flavors

This delicious concoction floats like a butterfly but stings like a bee. It pours out a clean golden yellow reminiscent of waves of barley flowing in the South Dakota breeze. Utilizing generous proportions of locally sourced honey, this beer surprises you by drinking clean and sweet while finishing at crisp 7.5% ABV. It’ll leave you with a full but snappy mouthfeel delicately balanced with noble Czech and mildly citrus American hops.

This Christmas beer is based on the traditional Danish dessert Ris a La Mande, brewed with rice, milk/cream (lactose), vanilla, cherries and almonds.

Trade Bait is our take on a hopped up, juicy IPA. We keep the bitterness easy going and every batch uses a different blend of dry hops to keep things interesting.

C.A.F.E. Sour brings a new twist to the already popular world of coffee beers. Keeping with Christopher’s favorite coffee’s from Ethiopia, the beer is made with beautiful Ethiopian Yrgicheffe provided by Plowshares Coffee Roasters in Hillburn, NY. In keeping with an overall Ethiopian theme, Whole Grain Teff and Gesho Leaves & Sticks were used. Teff is a staple grain of Ethiopia used in their sourdough bread called Injera. And Gesho is used for bittering in the traditional Ethiopian beer “Tella”. We wanted to push the boundaries of creativity. Since Teff is used in sourdough bread, we thought: why not make a sour beer? The end product results in a truly unique coffee-inspired experience: light in color and body, with an Earthy flavoring from the coffee that blends wonderfully with the exotic flavors from the sour beer. A refreshing and delightful beer for the summer ahead.
