The next generation of our hop lab series. Hop lab 2.0 is brewed with a simple malt bill of pale malt and caramalt, then hopped intensely with Centennial, Citra, Cascade, Colombus, and Chinook. We felt that this hop combo would make for one deliciously dank brew. Enjoy!

Vermont IPA

Sam ’76 is a revolutionary new beer that is an unmatched combination of refreshment, craft flavor, and aroma. By experimenting with both lager and ale yeast strains, our brewers developed a unique brewing process that takes two active fermentations and blends them together to create a deliciously harmonious result. This process delivers a distinct flavor that showcases the slight fruitiness of an ale with the balanced drinkability and smoothness of a lager, and at just 4.7% ABV this brew is perfect for sessionable occasions.

Minich Dunkel Lager

Drinking this IPA is like frolicking naked through a spring forest, then dive bombing off a mandarin-scented waterfall. We’re not even kidding. Its clean hoppy base offers a relentless, yet refined bitterness complemented by pine and citrus aromatics. Here’s cheers to a big refresher after a hard-won day.

A big, red, hoppy beer brewed for a long time, loyal, awesome, tall, red hair employee to celebrate his promotion to Taproom Manager- AJ! If you like hops, with a nice carmel body, this beer is for you. Brewed with Simcoe, Centennial and Cascade for a citrus, pine and floral aroma, it is bitter, but not overwhelming (just like AJ).

Doss Blockos has been stripped bare of anything but the essential taste we could ream from the specialty pale malt and cascade hops that we have always used. A smooth, premium pale lager, Doss Blockos is an all-natural lager, brewed in the traditional lager way, but with an eye to style and providing malty flavour that balances a mild hop bitterness nicely.

Very refreshing east coast IPA. Less hoppy and more citruisy.

Hazy DIPA

IPA adorned with aromas of tropical fruit and citrus delivered by our pals Ella and Amarillo; a subtle bready malt backbone with a touch of malted wheat; mild bitterness, and a clean, dry finish.

Born inside our nano brewery in Boston, Samuel Adams New England IPA is a medium-bodied, hazy brew featuring a big punch of citrus juiciness. The slight sweetness is perfectly balanced by the pineapple and grapefruit hop character, without being overly bitter. Clocking in at 6.8% ABV and a low 35 IBUs, the unfiltered IPA provides a burst of fruited hop aroma and leaves drinkers wanting another sip. In comparison to West Coast style IPAs which have prominent hop bitterness and a light, dry mouthfeel, New England IPA’s are generally known for a juicy, luscious mouthfeel and opaque, hazy appearance - and are best enjoyed fresh.
