This crisp lager is inspired by the malty, golden Festbiers that are considered the true beers served in Munich at Oktoberfest. We used European malts, German hops, and brewed this to be a refreshing 4.7%. It's named in honor of Vinegar Hill, the name that the Random Row neighborhood eventually came to be known, when bootleggers would sell their wares in casks labeled "vinegar"

Just like the character from “The Sandlot” that we named it for, our Hamilton “Great Hambino” Porter is round, snarky and tough enough to hold its ground--and now aged in Four Roses bourbon barrels! A traditional English porter, crammed with roasty, smoky and chocolatey notes--with a lot of presence behind the plate!

A refreshing and slightly tart cider made with heirloom bittersweet apples, American dessert apples and Ruby Red Grapefruit from the Texas Rio Grande Valley.

Very malty and low hopped!

When the smoke clears and the fire is out, all that remains is the smoldering taste of Smoke Bomb. Robust and rich, Smoke Bomb uses smoked malts along with the darkest roasted malt: Black Patent. You know the guy that sits in the smoke around the campfire? This beer is for him.

This is the new and improved Peanut Butter Chocolate Milk Stout. This is a beer that deserved to stand on its own, so we rebranded it and gave it a bit more body. The beer is now 7.1%, but still holds the same flavor profile you all love from years past.
