This crisp lager is inspired by the malty, golden Festbiers that are considered the true beers served in Munich at Oktoberfest. We used European malts, German hops, and brewed this to be a refreshing 4.7%. It's named in honor of Vinegar Hill, the name that the Random Row neighborhood eventually came to be known, when bootleggers would sell their wares in casks labeled "vinegar"
Brewed in collaboration with Other Half Brewing in Brooklyn this Imperial Stout features a wealth of dark, roasty malts bolstering the flaked coconut and dried pineapple it was fermented on. Cognac barrels deliver the final blow rounding out this sultry Selleck inspired brew.
