Goodnight Loon

Dry Chocolate Coffee Stout – Once you’ve heard the call of the Loon on a calm Minnesota night, you’ll never forget it. The same goes for Goodnight Loon. This coffee stout has a considerable charge of local coffee, roasted by Bryce’s Beans right here in Alexandria. The chocolates and molasses notes from the coffee are up front, with a unique dry finish of chocolate and roast on the back end. You won’t be going to sleep any time soon, but you can still tell the Loon goodnight!

Indigo Wheat

Blueberry Wheat – This is the perfect brew to keep you warm as fall approaches. The blueberry isn’t overpowering. There is a touch of honey malt that adds a sweet backnote. The red wheat adds some fun depth to the beer. All the while, you can reminisce to Grandma’s Blueberry Pies cooling on the window sill on a brisk autumn day. Cheers!

No Middle Ground

At first glance, it might seem strange to combine coffee and hoppy beer, but really, the two flavors have a lot in common. Good coffee and hops both have complex and fruity aromas which create layers of flavor. No Middle Ground® is brewed with fruit-forward hop varietals and cold-brewed is added for a unique take on the IPA.

Pilsner

Inspired by Czech tradition, our Pilsner is light in color and body with a clean, bitter finish. Czech Saaz hops impart soft floral and grassy aromas. This style is deceptively difficult to brew, and we’ve worked hard to perfect our take on this unassuming lager.

Pure Brewed Organic Lager

Bottle: Pasteurised. Golden colour, floral bouquet and light flavour of newly mowed hay. Brewed with great care using only malted barley, hops, medium-soft water and a bottom-fermenting yeast; matured at low temperatures to bring out its delicate flavour and soft hop-character finish. The cold maturation period allows the bottom-fermenting yeasts to secondary ferment and improve the lager’s flavour, purity and condition.

Reported Sightings Baltic Porter

Derived from English porters and influenced by Imperial Russian stouts, Baltic porters are about as common as, well, yeti sightings! Burly notes of prune, toffee, and molasses summon a mouthful of malty goodness. Hidden away in the brewhouse for months, this rich lager emerges smooth and dry. Wait, did I just see a yeti? Knock back a couple of these and you too might have your own sighting to report!

Solid Gold

Our brewery was built on an attitude of no regrets. An attitude of taking risks to bring the best beer possible to our fellow renegades and rebels. Never brewing to style, but always brewing what we want to drink. Our take on a classic, Solid Gold is a drinkable premium lager brewed with the highest quality ingredients. Challenging what a lager can be? That’s something we won’t regret.

Brise-BonBons!

With joy and a little bit of mischief, Fantôme brewer Dany Prignon dedicates this very bitter beer to all of the many varieties of brise-bonbons - literally, ball-breakers - in the world. Specifically, this beer is meant for wise-guys, braggarts, pains-in-the-ass, muck-rakers, troublemakers, know-it-alls, stuffed-shirts, blow-hards and bores, as well as nut-cracking, wind-bag, prattling-on, self-appointed experts on everything, and nose-in-the-air snobs, convinced they can do anything better than you. Dany intended to make a beer too bitter for a normal person to enjoy. The problem is, everyone loves it! Guess we’re all just a bunch of brise-bonbons sometimes...

City Market Cider

The city market represents a place where chefs and home cooks come together to show and taste the best flavors in the region. Our brewing team captured this spirit in Boulevard’s City Market Cider. This local blend combines juice from Fuji and Jonathan apples, sourced directly from Sibley Orchard & Cider Mill in Sibley, Missouri. City Market Cider is fermented with our house English ale strain, resulting in a crisp, dry cider with just a touch of sweetness from juice held back for blending. Per independent, third-party lab analysis, City Market Cider meets the requirements (below 20 parts per million) to be considered a gluten-free cider.

Ground Score

We’ve teamed up with Relix and Kyle Hollingsworth to bring you a haze-bomb of a brew: Ground Score IPA. This bad boy’s packed with El Dorado, Citra, Amarillo, and Idaho 7 hops that will sure hit your tastebuds with a hell of a lot of flavor. At a 7.1% ABV, Ground Score IPA is big, bold, and drinkable beer. Our head brewer Nick Nock describes the color as “a sunset right before the big flash,” attributing it to the malt bill of 2 Row, flaked wheat and English Premium malts. The flaked wheat gives Ground Score its blurred clarity and a nice frothy head, while the English Premium adds a slight sweetness of orange blossom honey.

NEIPA

Collabortation with 3 breweries. "Whilst the hotel's amazing chef was giving us a foraging tour of the island I was absolutely blown away by the tart citrus & green apple flavour of wood sorrel. Unable to put that in a beer as large quantities can apparently knacker your kidneys, I wanted to brew something that captured that sharp fruitiness, so lots of New World hops and a wee dash of citric acid should hopefully do just that." - Pat Jones
