Dry Chocolate Coffee Stout – Once you’ve heard the call of the Loon on a calm Minnesota night, you’ll never forget it. The same goes for Goodnight Loon. This coffee stout has a considerable charge of local coffee, roasted by Bryce’s Beans right here in Alexandria. The chocolates and molasses notes from the coffee are up front, with a unique dry finish of chocolate and roast on the back end. You won’t be going to sleep any time soon, but you can still tell the Loon goodnight!

A single-hop blonde ale brewed with a carefully selected rotating featured hop. Notes of citrus, especially grapefruit, backed up by both some floral and herbal undertones, especially as it warms. Detectable bitterness, but not overwhelming. Slight honey sweetness from caramel malt, but with a bone dry finish.

A rich, malty ale with a touch of sea salt

At first glance, it might seem strange to combine coffee and hoppy beer, but really, the two flavors have a lot in common. Good coffee and hops both have complex and fruity aromas which create layers of flavor. No Middle Ground® is brewed with fruit-forward hop varietals and cold-brewed is added for a unique take on the IPA.

Inspired by Czech tradition, our Pilsner is light in color and body with a clean, bitter finish. Czech Saaz hops impart soft floral and grassy aromas. This style is deceptively difficult to brew, and we’ve worked hard to perfect our take on this unassuming lager.

A semi-sweet cider made with all local apples. Fermented with raspberry and apricot purees. A little sweet & a little tart.

Black Currants, Lutowka Cherries, Heritage Red Raspberries and Boysenberries from the Pacific Northwest combine to form this apocalyptic mead. Intensely bold fruits balance their tart, tannic, and acidic flavors with the sweetness of high quality, responsibly sourced honey. Pairs beautifully with fresh young cheeses, pork, or chocolate.

With joy and a little bit of mischief, Fantôme brewer Dany Prignon dedicates this very bitter beer to all of the many varieties of brise-bonbons - literally, ball-breakers - in the world. Specifically, this beer is meant for wise-guys, braggarts, pains-in-the-ass, muck-rakers, troublemakers, know-it-alls, stuffed-shirts, blow-hards and bores, as well as nut-cracking, wind-bag, prattling-on, self-appointed experts on everything, and nose-in-the-air snobs, convinced they can do anything better than you. Dany intended to make a beer too bitter for a normal person to enjoy. The problem is, everyone loves it! Guess we’re all just a bunch of brise-bonbons sometimes...

English Brown Ale heavily dry hopped with Fuggle Hops.

We’ve teamed up with Relix and Kyle Hollingsworth to bring you a haze-bomb of a brew: Ground Score IPA. This bad boy’s packed with El Dorado, Citra, Amarillo, and Idaho 7 hops that will sure hit your tastebuds with a hell of a lot of flavor. At a 7.1% ABV, Ground Score IPA is big, bold, and drinkable beer. Our head brewer Nick Nock describes the color as “a sunset right before the big flash,” attributing it to the malt bill of 2 Row, flaked wheat and English Premium malts. The flaked wheat gives Ground Score its blurred clarity and a nice frothy head, while the English Premium adds a slight sweetness of orange blossom honey.

A hopped version of American Wheat

This ale has a strong, deep aroma as a pale ale with a crisp, low bitterness finish. Progress is a conservative, balanced ale that sets the foundation for more experimental recipes to come. The label art for this brand is the result of a label design contest that was open to the public. It features a theme of growth and development for the brewery.

Collabortation with 3 breweries. "Whilst the hotel's amazing chef was giving us a foraging tour of the island I was absolutely blown away by the tart citrus & green apple flavour of wood sorrel. Unable to put that in a beer as large quantities can apparently knacker your kidneys, I wanted to brew something that captured that sharp fruitiness, so lots of New World hops and a wee dash of citric acid should hopefully do just that." - Pat Jones
