Brugse Zot is a goldenblond beer with a rich froth and a fruity flavouring. The beer is brewed with four different kinds of malt and two aromatic varieties of hop which give the beer its unique taste. With an alcochol degrees proof of 6 % Vol it is a well balanced, easy drinking beer with character. Brugse Zot is a natural beer born out of a selection of only the best ingredients. Thanks to the refermentation in the bottle, the beer has a longer natural life.

Browm ale uas a light copper brown color, full body, and slight roasted flavors. Its mellow flavor is balanced by fresh North Western hops, giving this beer a crisp bite, followed by a smooth finish.

The contemplation ofpoint and counter-point can can often be as much fun as the reward ofgood pairing. Sadly, in a life well lived there is not always time tocontemplate what dinner will be, let alone what beverage will playbest with it. Here we have selected malts to evoke the crusty breadsthat sit well next to every meal and seasoned it with the lemony,tarragon/thyme notes of Aramis hops. A go-to food friendly alefor the table. Brune is a classic, refreshingly soured Flemish style brown ale in the Rodenbach tradition. A dark, copper-red, medium-bodied ale with subtle spiced sour cherry and woodsy notes. This beer has a pronounced tart sourness on the palate that follows through with complex, malty, and earthy vinous flavors. This special brew was created by ageing our 9% ABV Jackhammer Old for a minimum of one month in a Gueuze-inoculated oak cask and then bottle conditioning for at least two months before serving. The blend of micro-organisms residing in the oak (lactobacillus, brettanomyces and Pediococcus) are responsible for creating the acids and esters that give this beer its enchanting sour flavors.

Our Brünette instructs us in the German method. We must balance precisely the wheat and barley malt, producing accurately the aroma of fresh bread and clove. And before the pouring, we must agitate the superior Bavarian yeast with a swirl, a twirl or a gentle roll. Our Brünette insists.

This rich dark German Doublebock is handcrafted with imported Perle and Hallertau hops and a combination of 8 varieties of malts, giving it a rich structure and bold flavors, yet with a smooth, easy drinking taste and finish. The Brunette has quickly become a Fireman's Brew favorite. Fireman's Brew Brunette is the Los Angeles Times Beer of the Month for November 2010 and won Beer Champion Of The World at BockFest 2012.

Brunswick Bitter is made with all Australian ingredients and represents a return and rethink of the long lost Australian classic bitter ale styles. This is a sparkling ale, with zesty carbonation and distinct citrus, peach and passion fruit aroma but with a robust sessionable flavour

100% of the water in all Bonfire beer comes from Eagle’s Brush Creek, fed by springs and snow-melt high in the Sawatch Mountains. With nugget hops, along with munich and white wheat malts, the Brush Creek is our lightest, smoothest offering.

The Texas Brown Ale style was invented by Texas homebrewers that wanted to push the envelope of a classic style. Their efforts were not in vain with the creation of this under-represented style that we at Red Horn feel is a fine beer. Bigger, hoppier, and drier than your typical American Brown Ale, Brushy Creek Texas Brown Ale features American hops that lend a distinctly piney and citrusy bouquet that complements the rich chocolate malts that make up this unique offering. This beer is brewed in the image of Champagne Saison hopped entirely with Nelson Sauvin hops. This is a creation unique unto itself highlighted with bright, citrusy notes and a nose and finish reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc.
