Copper colored ale with a medium malt body.

Copper Ale, a medium bodied, amber ale inspired by the Altbiers of Northern Germany. Brewed with six different malts, three hop varieties and our special house yeast, Copper Ale is characterized by a well-balanced blend of malty notes and mild bitterness.

We brewed this one with the summer in mind. Contrasting to Redoubt red, this brew has a malty backbone with a nice, subtle bitterness that slightly lingers and complements the malt: exactly what a nice drinkable bitter should be. Also, a nice fruity flavor (from both hops and yeast) presents itself in the background. We used standard English hops and a English style yeast to give this more of an authentic character, not a NW style bitter. The result is a beer that you will want to drink all day long out on the deck basking in the sun.

Deep copper colored ale well balanced with German Malt and German noble hops.

Centennial hops are down in release number ten of the Copper Cone Pale Ale. Brewed on March 1, 2011.

Lowered the Columbus and Zeus hops to let the "super Cascade" Amarillo come through a bit more with orange, and other sweet citrus notes.

Malt, malt, malt and lots of hops.· Maris Otter can be something special and that is what this nice copper hue, over the top America Pale Ale is.· English malt but American hops and the hops do the work while the English Malt is firm and steady in the background, like a true English gent. On release seven we lowered the Columbus hops just a bit to balance the spicy bitterness of this strong pale ale. Brewed on September 30, 2010.

We lowered the Amarillo just a bit to let the herbal hops shine through.

Who needs precious metals, when you’ve got Copper?! This copper colored ale is a real crowd-pleaser. Copperhook strikes the perfect balance of smooth, rich, malty flavor you’d expect from a craft brew with a lighter body and hop profile that makes it a perfect “session” beer when you’ve got a long day ahead of knocking back a few with your buddies.

This is a Scottish ale like no other. The brewers use the finest smoked malt for flavor complexity and combine it with roasted barley and caramel malts, which produces pleasant smoky and caramel notes. These ingredients also give it a deep, dark color that give a smooth finish that is surprisingly lighter in body than other scotch ales and very drinkable.

Ancient timelines talk of dark days, plagued by hardships and Kingdom demands. When hope was all but lost, a legend emerged. A plumber. With copper pipes and an uncanny wit, he battled fierce foes and saw to the brewery’s opening. Our Octoberfest is malty, smooth and exceedingly drinkable. It is perfect to celebrate and honor today’s legends. We use locally grown wheat from MA, Munich malt and noble hops.

Copper Moon has a bit more malt quality and hop character than most other summer seasonals, giving rise to a refreshing, flavorful beer style that we like to identify as a Summer Pale Ale. On top of that, all of the malted barley used in every batch of Copper Moon is organically grown and malted. The outcome is a smooth, flavorful summer pale ale made with 100% Organic malted barley. The first thing you'll notice about Copper Moon is the coppery orange luminescence radiating out of the pint glass. This comes from the special combination of three different Organic malts in every batch. Those Organic malts also impart a flavorsome yet summery smooth sweetness that quenches your thirst at the same time as tantalizing your taste buds. The upfront hop bitterness of Copper Moon is relatively low, complementing the malts nicely without being overpowering. The hop flavor and aroma are another matter, as the Centennial hops used in the latter stages of each batch intermingle delightfully to generate a dazzling citrusy, flowery and slightly spicy olfactory experience. This Barley Wine is produced at the lower end of the Barley Wine scale. It is fermented to a very drinkable level unlike heavier Barley Wines. It has a generous dose of hops added to an International Bittering Level of 103.

Copperhead Ale is Fordham’s flagship beer and an interpretation of the American Amber Ale. Caramelized malts give this beer its sweet flavor and signature copper hue. Bravo hops attribute a slight bitterness to the finish.

This American Pale ale has a great, slightly sweet malt character balanced by a great hop character. Its beautiful copper color inspired its name. It is medium to full-bodied. Bitterness is medium with medium flavor and aroma hopping. Finish is dry and clean. A great beer for “Hop Heads”.
