In true Martin House style, we’ve taken a silky smooth oatmeal blonde ale and added flavors usually found only in a dark beer. There is no reason a blonde ale can’t be elevated to an alluring and enchanted treat. Counter Clockwise Swirl has chocolate and vanilla notes on top of a decadent oatmeal blonde body. It’s a slightly sweet sipper sure to satisfy. One-in-million, doc!

Brewed exclusively for Izakaya Meiji and Agrarian, this is an original American Lager. With organically grown Abenaki heirloom corn and organic Pils barley malt for a slightly rich cereal flavor profile, we use a sour mash technique to create crisp acidity which balances this sweetness. The fermentation reflects the term "Common", meaning a rustic, warm, uncontrolled fermentation with a lager yeast; this contributes fruity ale-type flavors to the front of the palate while keeping the finish crisp, clean, and dry. Nugget hops from our farm add firm bitterness to the otherwise soft beer, but contribute little flavor or aroma. Inspiration for this beer was gleaned from historical American frontier beer, where refrigeration technology was non-existent, and ingredients were location-dependent. This reflects the Agrarian mantra of growing our own, and buying ingredients direct from local farmers. The beer itself is a refined version of an undistilled sour mash whiskey wash, and is right at home alongside its distilled cousin, a fine whiskey.

Country Pumpkin is our medium-bodied harvest ale brewed with a medley of flavorful malt, pumpkin puree, Magnum hops and a touch of seasonal spices.The masterful blend of 2-Row, Vienna, Munich, Caramunich and Honey malt with Magnum hops balances the sweet pumpkin with an aroma of nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and allspice to create a rich, malty ale for the autumn season. Delight in the deep golden-orange glow while savoring the complex, malt-forward flavors and surprisingly dry finish of our new curcubitaceous ale.

Zipline Brewing Co.’s Country White Ale is a sessionable farmhouse ale—the product of our efforts to design a summer-time Belgian-style ale. We wanted a fresher and more drinkable brew than the typical “Wit” style, so we used a farmhouse yeast strain to achieve a dryer, more drinkable profile. To further separate the Country White from the Wit style (which is commonly brewed with dried orange peels), we used fresh Valencia oranges throughout the brewing process to add a hint of citrus to the beer. And, to maintain a strong local tie, we use 200 lbs of Nebraska organic, rolled white wheat in every batch. This sessionable American Brown Ale doesn’t neatly comply with category definitions. With British brown malt offering toasted, nutty essences and a hint of chocolate, this beer is drier than its overt flavor set might lead one to expect. Finished with complementary bitterness and subtle clues to its brown ale identity, County Brown is brewed with our American ale yeast strain.

This American Pale Ale is deep gold in color with substantial additions of Cascade hops adding citrusy aromas and flavors to the biscuity malt background. An addition of Rye Malt adds a spicy dimension.

Not your typical Amber Ale. Bold flavored Red Ale with pronounced roasted character and caramel notes, balanced with loads of Cascade and Amarillo hops. Medium bodied, deep copper in color and dry hopped for additional hop character this beer is full of flavor.

Courir de Mardi Gras is our artisanal version of a French farmhouse style of ale known as a Biere de Mars (March Beer). These farmhouse ales are historically crafted with Pilsner, Munich, and a large dose of wheat malt that lends the beer a distinct, Spring-like quality. Biere de Mars are traditionally crafted at the beginning of winter with the farm’s freshest crop of barley, wheat and hops.
